Just for every second or minute or whatever, subtract a little bit of the humanoid health.
Not that difficult. |

find all players while true do wait(time) player's health = player's health -10 end |

| If you mean over time as in a long period of time, you are going to do a little more than that, due to the fact that humanoid health regenerates l0l. |
