Lower than normal room temperature? Like enough that it radiates coolness rather than heat?
This is just some stupid question that's been itching in my mind since last week, and I can't handle not asking anymore. |

It's possible, but you'd probably need to literally plug in a fan (or a couple, depending on how much power your PC uses) and aim it at the AC.
Or you could stuff it in a freezer. Not recommended, this'll freeze your electronics, get it all wet due to the ice particles floating around.
aka that was a terrible joke |

| You could heat the room up so the case is cooler than room temperature? |

The only way i can think of is with a peltier, the problem with going sub room temperature is that condensation starts, and you generally dont want water in your CPU
Passive cooling systems that just pump the heat away cant go sub-ambient |

you would have to go to extremes to do it.
and the performance gain wouldn't be really worth the trouble anyway. |

| Well, you can. It's called not turning on your PC...And then place a AC next to it. |
