I need to generate a 400 x 6 x 400 block of water terrain, as a sort of baseplate. I I can create one via the generation tool, however I need to to start at 0, 100, 0 , not 0, 0, 0, and since roblox for some ungodly reason decided to include an x and a z offset but not a y one, I can't figure out how.

Create an outline with terrain around where you want the water, then 'fill' it with the terrain stamper water tool.

Then make the outline, and put a base of terrain under it however thick you want it (just like building a pool) then delete the parts under the water.

Set the point you want with a part. Now open stamper and go to high scalability blocks. Select the water block. Click and hold the mouse down on the part and a single waterblock will place, while still holding mouse down drag a line of blocks, while still holding mouse down click C and drag the line wider , while still holding mouse down click C again and drag the third dimension.
Viola you have a large block of water , It wouldn't take long to get the size you want.

To do this all in one move set parts for all 4 corners of the water and one part for the height. Then start in one corner drag a line to the next corner, click C drag the line as wide as the other side parts, click C again and drag up to your height.
