[~]----------------------------------[Introduction to the Guide]----------------------------------[~]
Hello, soldiers of . Some of you may be wondering how to get promoted in the group, or what our rules are. Hopefully you will find the answers to your questions below. Members of AMC are required to follow these rules at all times, certain consequences may be a demotion or removal from the group (exile). When in the 'Promotion Guide' and 'Uniform Links' section, the rank is listed with a shorthand term for it. They mean : - [REC] = Recruit, New member of AMC - [LR] = Low Rank, Soldier of AMC - [OFFCR] = Officer, a young leader of AMC - [HR] = High Rank, a born leader of AMC - [COMM] = Commander, the owner and highest leader of AMC
[~]----------------------------------[Rules for members at Training's, Forts and Raids]----------------------------------[~]
1) ALWAYS address superiors as "Sir" or "Ma'am". It is a sign of respect, respect us and we will respect you.
2) Don't curse, flame or act mean towards fellow soldiers or even enemy combatants. You don't have to reply in a bad way, even if the enemy calls you something you don't like. Channel that negative energy into shooting, not typing.
3) ALWAYS wear the uniform with the insignia of your rank, whenever representing AMC you are required to do this. Whenever at a base, training, meeting, raid or defense, wear your uniform.
4) ALWAYS follow an order from a High Rank, do not question why, just do it. The High Rank is ALWAYS right.
5) NEVER ask for promotions, you will not get them by asking. Promotions are earned by going to a training, raid or defense. Recommendations from trainers are not always a 100% guaranteed promotion.
6) ALWAYS use grammar to the best of your ability, show you are smart.
7) Do not rage-quit, No matter how grim the situation might look, there is always someone who can step in and help you. Post on the wall and ask for help if needed. Your dedication will be rewarded.
8) If the High Rank, or Highest Rank in the server, is potentially occupied with another member, just wait your turn to communicate with him/her.
9) Salute High Ranks if you see them. You don't have to run up in their face to do it. If there is no salute tool available, just type "-Salute-" or "*Salute*".
10) Don't kill visitors unless they try to kill you. Show them around and try to recruit them into AMC. You are allowed to give visitors guns as long as they have joined AMC or their request is pending, and NEVER kill allies or HRs.
[~]----------------------------------[Promotion Guide]----------------------------------[~]
About the promotions, just because you meet the requirements does NOT mean you will get the rank, you need to earn it from a training, raid or defence and REMEMBER, a recommendation is not a 100% guaranteed promotion – it is a referral sent to High-ranks (Colonels+) who will decide whether you should be promoted.
• Private[LR]: To get to this rank, you need to do well enough in a training, raid or defense – the officer or trainer at the time will decide whether you did well enough. This does not mean you did well without being noticed. A minimum amount of 250 total knockouts is required to even qualify for this rank.
• Private First Class[LR]: You will need to perform well enough in another training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. A minimum amount of 500 total knockouts is required to even qualify for this rank.
• Corporal[LR]: You will need to perform well enough in another training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. A minimum amount of 750 total knockouts is required to even qualify for this rank.
• Lance Corporal[LR]: You will need to perform well enough in another training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. A minimum amount of 1000 total knockouts is required to even qualify for this rank.
• Sergeant[LR]: You will need to perform well enough in another training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. You will need at least 1500 knockouts to reach this rank.
• Staff Sergeant[LR]: You will need to perform well enough in another training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. A minimum amount of 2000 total knockouts is required to even qualify for this rank. You must also have a sense of leadership.
• Captain[OFFCR]: You will need eight recommendations that are sent by Captains+ to Captain7030, and you get these recommendations by performing well enough in a training, raid or defense based on the opinion of the Officer or Trainer. You will need a clear use of grammar (Bullet points, Capitals when needed) and a strong leadership attitude. You will need at least 3000 knockouts to reach this rank, and skills are needed. -Additional- If you wish to become a Captain Trainer, a Captain who can train Recruits to Staff Sergeants, you will need training rights which are given out by Captain7030 the (Head of Training's) once you get 3 training recommendations from Majors and higher.
• Major[OFFCR]: Chosen by the Highranks (Colonel-Commander), you must need skills in obstacles, long-range weapons (guns), close-range weapons (swords, machetes, etc) and in leadership. Note : When the HRs look for Majors, they look for intelligent, dedicated Captains that have the same amount of respect from soldiers as a Major would have. Also, Training rights (When a Captain, given out by Captain7030) are not required for the rank, but it does let Highranks see your potential leadership skills in another aspect.
• Colonel[HR]: Unreachable by most. Colonels are handpicked by the Commander, and sometimes chosen by the Highranks in a vote. They assist the generals in what they do, and take care of promotions/demotions. They also lead raids and trainings. You will have a higher chance of becoming a colonel if the HRs know you well, and trust you.
• General[HR]: Handpicked by the Commander. Makes sure the group runs good and represents the group in alliances.
• Lead General[HR]: Handpicked by the Commander. Like the advisor to the Commander, organizes Generals and keeps everything in order.
• Commander[COMMDR]: Picked by the High Ranks in an event where the current leader is not fit to lead or has resigned from his post. He will lead the group, hopefully, into evermore glory and increase its potential. [~]----------------------------------[Fort raiding/defending rules]----------------------------------[~]
1) ROBLOXians on team ‘Visitors’ are not allowed weapons, unless granted dispensation by an 'Accredited Person'. Visitors who are granted dispensation must only use the weapon in the capacity that the ‘Accredited Person’ allows them to.
2) No ROBLOXian may partake in hostile action against AMC or their allies, unless they are on team ‘Raiders’.
3) No member of AMC may partake in a hostile raid. (Note: the term ‘hostile raid’ differentiates genuine raids from training raids.)
4) No hacks/exploits/glitches are to be used. (Note: proof of the above is not required; an ‘Accredited Person’ only needs to have reasonable suspicion.)
5) Flaming (A.K.A. Swearing, insulting, etc) is not allowed by either AMC or Raider forces at any forts - It is up to the 'Accredited Person' what insults will be categorized under flaming.
6) A raid is only valid when there are four or more AMC members in the server. It is the onus of the raiding side to prove that there were four or more AMC members when the raid began, not vice versa.
7) A raid is only won when the flag is held for 1200/1200 seconds.
8) If a raid is invalidated, all raiders will either be ordered to leave the server or to join team 'Visitors'.
9) Neither side can claim an ‘auto-win’. Shutdowns due to exploit or otherwise, results as a tie, and no winner will be declared.
-Failure to comply with the rules may result in sanctions such as kicking, banning or the raid being invalidated. This list is not exhaustive. -If a sanction is implemented, it does not invalidate the raid automatically. |
