How bout a tool in the editor that let you cut bricks into fifferent shapes? For people that dont know how to make a mesh or something. Click and drag a dotted line across a brick and cut it as many times as needed.

Maybe, but you could delete the parts of the brick you don't need.

People don't make meshes anymore. The only one who currently knows how to exploit meshes is Auceus.

Im just saying that if people could cut bricks into simple shapes, it would be easier for someone to build what there trying to without lookin in the free modles.

Great idea. Would it be a tool and when you drew a line through a brick it'd do it?

You could make Wedges, also if you put wedges in the corners of area were a window goes, you could cut a see through brick to were it would fit the hole. The posobilities would be endless with this.

I guess but using this would be easier and would have better quality then just rotating bricks into each other.

Do you know ANYTHING about scripting?
THIS IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE! IT WOULD LAG AND BE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO MODERATE!!!
Plus, NO ONE in their right mind would even THINK about attempting to program this!! That's ridiculous!
You have OBVIOUSLY NEVER been in Geometry, know NOTHING about physics, primitives, tables, linear raycasting, or Mouse detection! |
