1)In any other genre (except for today's "pop", which became techno now), you play a real instrument, which takes skill.
2) Singing with no autotune (Rare, but appreciated. Also the reason I only listen to old music)
3)Human Element. It has a feel, you know.
4)Look better live.
People singing their hearts out > A guy on stage with a MacBook.
5) It's real.
OPINIONS.

P.S
I don't know why you would cry. I clearly stated words such as "Opinions" and "personally". |

You just don't appreciate the fact that there's a lot of SPRK in it...

"1)In any other genre (except for today's "pop", which became techno now), you play a real instrument, which takes skill." what makes you say making music on computers and synthesizers doesn't require talent?

So I'm gonna go ahead and actually have a discussion for a minute I'm a fan of both electronic music and old music. I think both have their merits. I like the sound of electronic more. Daft Punk mostly, though their last album actually had some real voices. |

"what makes you say making music on computers and synthesizers doesn't require talent?"
It requires less. Might require a good feel for melody, but that's about it.
"what the hell i thought this was why you didn't like electronic music"
Uhh, yes. Yes, it is. |

| It requires just as much talent. Synthesizers are instruments too. |

| I saw many people including my friends make it (I had a try too, and I can say that I know quite alot on it now). I also compose my music, except with an acoustic or electronic guitar, bass, percussion, and vocals. And all I can tell you is that I think that it's pretty easier making electronic music. |

| Oh, God, no. I wouldn't download or pay any money for those programs. I said I tried it. As in "Hey, you want to try?". |
