It was mostly Kinect features and applications. It's specs are pretty much the same as the PS4, so it's not like the PS4 is superior in any major way. It's not a "terrible console" because the marketing team decided that the gaming aspect was less important . (Which was stupid, but im new to dis gamr stuff, wats E3 xD)

Gaming still is a big role in the Xbox One. It just has added features on top of it.
And also, my opinion, but, I personally think the PS4 announcement provided even less info on the PS4. It didn't even show the full PS4, didn't it? |

| You will have to pay for Live, but due to the nature of the Live accounts (or "Microsoft Accounts", as they call them now), you'll still have 100% access to your 360 accounts. |

That's Microsoft's new look. "Live Tiles", which are the ones that show info about the application (like your current emails, the weather, etc.).
I actually quite like them for most uses (not so much on desktops), but that's my opinion. |

| Not reaaally. Currently, the menu looks mostly like 360, but with some changes, and the dynamic updating info on the tiles. For example, if you close a movie (in a certain way?), the movie will still play in the "continue _____" main tile on the screen. I'm not exactly sure about this, but in the announcement, that's what it looked like. |

As far as I know, you could also snap things just like in Win8 I feel like MS got really lazy with the new design(OS?)

True. They are trying to make everything as similar as possible.
And as for the design, MS is more of a "functionality and technical details" kind of group, not "creativity and new ideas" kind. |

| It'd be nice if they just gave consoles a good death rather than continuing on the way they've been. |

| being more of a media center isn't a bad thing, but they should have made it blatantly obvious that this event wasn't for gamers just to prevent the internet and all the nerds and neckbeards from making a big mess of it. |

@pkmn
I doubt the fee will be large enough to push anyone away from cheap, used games.
Plus, you can essentially clone games to the hard drive. You can take a game over to your friend's house, and for 5$ (if it's anything over that amount, it will be pretty ridiculous) you can basically give it to him for free. It's a double-edged sword, yeah, but I'll wait and see.

@lunar
I was pretty disappointed they didn't touch up more on the actual gaming aspect, but E3 is just around the corner. If they were planning on revealing all the XB1's gaming features, while using the conference for everything else, It's not a bad move. -/(Someone's rocking my dreamboat. It's like your regural project which needs to be 'shown' to your class by talking.
You talk about major things first, then go into smaller ones. |

| The Xbox one had a terrible time being explained. They didn't really even go over things that people actually buy a game console for, gaming.They went over Kinect a lot(looked really cool actually) they went over TV, and Sports mostly the rest of the time. They mentioned a little bit about the specs, and like 3 games. >.> |
