I'm angry at Samsung. They are doing false marketing.
The commercial starts out at a college graduation, two grand parents / parents are sitting in the front row. Their child starts walking to get his award, then one of his buddies strips his pants off and dances around when the grandma / mother takes the photo. The family is all sad, but the grandma says it's alright! Somehow she selected the dancing guy, removed him, and knew what was behind him!
It isn't possible. You cannot remove something from a photo and know what the background is. (Unless you're using layers yeh photoshop brothas!) |

@TheDestroyer.
You are completely incorrect. You can use what is around the image to process a new picture to replace that area. |

| Okay, can you give me an article on the internet where it describes how computers can create images just from their surroundings... |

'it now wraps to the opposite side when you reach the edge!'
This is annoying. Having an edge to a menu allows you to know where you are in it. |

> Having an edge to a menu allows you to know where you are in it. True, I forgot about that; hence why I was so quick to come to the conclusion that it was a "cool" feature. Seems like the developers were in the same position as me although I'd like to think that they had put slightly more thought into it. |

I found it useful for searching for something, i can just go on and on and on...
I have also discovered A NEW OSSUM SPECIL EFFECT
the alarm clock delay/shaddap is no longer the same as the answer/reject a call, it now has cool circles that expand as you drag either choice instead. |

"Okay, can you give me an article on the internet where it describes how computers can create images just from their surroundings..."
I can't provide you with an article, but I can provide you with logic. Cameras have the ability to sense the distance of an object. If it were to sense said distance, then apply it to the fore-ground. Simply because it is difficult, it definitely isn't impossible. We can already do the using Photoshop or other photo editors. We would just need to apply an AI of some sort to do it based off of the limited information the user would provide. I could even create a simply mock up if you would like. |

._. Okay, so lets say there are two people on opposite sides of wooden board. They each put one hand behind the board.
What would the computer assume those hands are doing? There are thousands of possibilities, and it's not possible to predict one. |

| The cameras can not see through walls, I am simply stating it has the ability to remove the wall and replace it with a background. The hands would be cut off. This would work if all you want to do is remove people from a portrait. It would create a background that matches the surrounding background. |
