In this thread I will explain the system of management in the group -=The United=-.
Section One: Low-ranks.
This section will cover the ranks: -Trainee -Soldier - Advanced Soldier -Corporal -Sergeant
Trainees:
Your job is to come to training sessions and pay attention. You should aspire to gain higher ranks, such as the ones mentioned above. You are not unimportant. You are equally important to the performance and effectiveness of the whole group. So, come to training sessions, play games to practice your fighting skills, and just make friends in the group. Friends in groups can be as important to promotion as skill sometimes, I've noticed.
Soldiers/Advanced Soldiers:
Good job. You have made it past rank one, and possibly rank two if you're an Advanced Soldier. Now your main focus will be more on raids. This forum was posted on May 22, 2013, and if you're reading this close to that date, TU is probably a small group. There won't be many raids at this time, but some day, hopefully soon, there will be. You will always want to come to training sessions, but when you're at this rank it isn't as important as raids. Focus on proving yourself to the officers. Your job is to fight well and USE TEAMWORK AND STRATEGY in raids and listen to the officers as, in this group, they will never have achieved their rank without having at least some knowledge of strategy and management.
Corporal-Sergeant:
Wow. You're getting far. You'll soon be a Commander. Your job now is mainly to stick to Commanders and receive their orders and carry them out accurately. They will teach you what they know about leading groups of people through battles. If they don't, you tell me or a General/High General about it, and we will make sure that they are either removed from their office or do their job.
That covers the low-ranks. Do these jobs, ask yourself what you could do to better carry out your job, and you'll go far.
Section two: Mid-ranks.
This section will cover the ranks:
-Barricade Commander -Control Point Commander -Mobile Squad Commander
This section is very important for Commanders. It will cover the mid-ranks and teach Commanders what their jobs are. All these ranks are technically equal.
Barricade Commanders: Your job is to command our low-ranking troops during raids. Specifically, Barricade Commanders find a strategic defense position and "camp" there to keep out enemies. You will, at this rank, find the appropriate amount of troops and barricade the position you are told to. If you are not told what position to barricade, decide which one is most important and take the initiative to go and barricade it yourself.
Control Point Commanders:
Your job is to find a specific point and, unlike the Barricade Commander above, attack it and then hold it. If possible, have a Barricade Commander guard it and go for a new strategic point. The Barricade Commander's job is defensive. Your job is Offensive. For one to be effective, both must be.
Mobile Squad Commanders:
You job is the one that the two above do not do. You command a squad that doesn't concentrate on certain points. Your squad moves around the battlefield and engages the enemy. But ALWAYS, if needed, you will abandon your job and do the job that is not being done but is crucial to the success of our group. Just remember, your job is to make certain that teamwork and strategy is being used.
That cover the mid-ranks. Next, the ones you all want (and you won't get it until you have proven yourself in all the other jobs), the high-ranks.
But first, we have the Officer in Training. This is when you will be tested to make sure you have learned the lessons of the ranks mentioned above adequately to proceed to the high-ranking positions. If you do not pass the tests given to you by experienced officers, you can try again after a bit. No pressure.
Section three: High-ranks.
This section will cover the ranks:
-Lieutenant -Captain -Major -Colonel -General -High General
Lieutenants/Captains:
You're a newly made officer. Your job will be to learn the efficiency taught to the officers before you. Your job will now be to give the Commanders their jobs to do during raids. You must learn to choose the correct jobs. Learn to ask yourself what the priorities are and choose accurately.
Majors/Colonels:
You've been veterans of TU for a long time now. You've learned most of the lessons this group has to teach. Now it is your job to start teaching your subordinates. You make sure that the people in the ranks below you are doing their jobs correctly and efficiently. If you do not do this, I don't know what we have been teaching you.
Generals/High Generals:
You have to be really good to get this far. I'm personally surprised if you make it. You're one of the highest ranks in the group. Your responsibility is no longer raids of training sessions. It is now to make crucial decisions with the owner of the group that will very likely affect the management system. The people in ranks below you will now depend on you to make sure that they get trained correctly. Our focus is less combat training, because anyone can get that in almost any game. We do give tips and have combat practice in our training sessions. But you will need to make sure that it is all balanced correctly. If you got this far in the ranks, good job, you made it to the top.
Owners (I will eventually give this group to a new owner who I believe is qualified and has learned our lessons well):
Your /my job is to make sure that this group is wholly efficient, does it's jobs well, trains all the new members to our standards, and make the correct decisions. Owners must do this to the best of their/my ability.
This is a revolutionary group. No group has ever done things the way this group does. Some day, maybe, I hope it will be a large group. Hopefully some day we will be able to defeat a group like Lortex Security. If I am successful in achieving the goal I have listed here, with only five-hundred members we could easily defeat Lortex Security (I am just using LS as an example) or any group its size. |

| This is a TU forum in the off topic section. If you have a problem, tell the moderators. Telling me nobody cares will not change anything. |
