Please fill out the survey and reply back below.
1A. Please select the freedoms you believe a citizen should have: Freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of petitioning 1B. Should there be any restrictions on the freedom you chose? 2. Should non-military enlisted citizens have the right to bear arms at Dublin? 3A. Should Police or the Armed Forces be allowed to break into a house in Dublin without a warrant? 3B. If a warrant is to be needed, who do you think should give it out? 4. Does the police have to give a reason for arresting someone? 5. Should convicted citizens get a fast trial? An attorney? 6. What is considered a “reasonable” penalty for killing if people can bear arms? Should fines ever be implemented?

1A: All listed 1B: National security threats as deemed by the Parliament in times of war, the MoD, or Minister of Intelligence 2. Handguns, yes. This was actually supposed to be implemented at New Dublin. 3A. No, but you need to establish a way to GET a warrant if you say "no" 3B. Someone from Justice 4. Yes unless we are at war or a threat has been declared by our intelligence network (FI, CG, IRAF) 5. Fast trial, yes. Attorney, if they so choose. 6. Reasonable penalty for murder? A week of jailing on sight at Dublin and revoking of gun license. Fines can't be enforced, as it is unethical to force someone to spend ROBLOX currency (which may have been purchased with real life dollars) on group "fines". |
