I'm not saying anything about playing games. Obviously, you cannot do that without a constant connection. I'm suggesting that Roblox Studio should be able to load offline if there's no internet. Like say you're in a place that doesn't have internet, like a car or plane, or your internet goes out and you want to build something, you would need to have internet connection to open the place.
If you try opening studio from your computer with no internet, it won't load. Instead, it should show options that say No Internet Connection "Retry" or "Continue Offline"
When you use it offline, decals, special meshs, and other assets won't load. If there was an update, it wouldn't be able to check for it. You wouldn't be able to publish either.

Also, if you have already opened up studio with internet connection, and then after you lose internet connection, you can still use it right now. It just doesn't let you insert models/decals, which is obvious.
I'm only suggesting the ability to start it without internet connection. You can already run it without connection.

It has nothing to do with the site. It's using the files that are already installed on everyone's computer when they downloaded Roblox.

Support, there has been a number of times when the internet has went out at my house, and I being who I am -surviving solely on light radiation from my computer screen for sustenance- having nothing to do, thus sleeping my day away... >.>

Awesum, They are stored on your computer. You click Save as while you're in studio. I have all of my places on my Documents.
