ROBLOX World Club Cup Rulebook

GAMEPLAY

This cup will consist 4 groups with 4 teams each.

Two teams advance from each group into the knockout phase.

Group and knockout phase will be seeded and drawn.

Knockout phase consist two legs (with no away goal rule).

The set of tools for the league will include all normal RO-soccer tools (chip, dribble, kick, shoot etc.) and GK tools for the goalkeepers. There will also be celebration tools .

The cup will have outs ( goal kicks, corners, throw-ins).

The finals will be at a neutral venue and have one leg.

No box rule under any circumstances.

Only captains can request a pause. A pause can only be made if you have possession.

Any ineligible players who play for a team (that they are not registered in) in a match will result that player up to a two-match suspension.

Any player caught, playing for more than one team (if not loaning) will be classified as 'cheating' in the tournament, which will result a two-match suspension.

You can only make 3 pauses maximum in a game. If you pause a 4th time, you will earn a booking.

Using m/ in admin will result a warning, then the next time a booking and then red.

Minimum game-size is 4-a-side and maximum game-size is 6-a-side

Matches are 24 minutes, 12 minutes per half with added time.

If a team suddenly decides to 'drop out' the cup, then that team will be disqualified and the group will become a three-team group. All of the three teams will get 3 points each from the disqualified team.

No off-sides will happen in this tournament.

Teams must wear kits that have enough contrast for it to be easily seen which team is which.

If two teams tie with points at the end of group phase, the higher goal difference will decide the winner, if still tied then the higher number of goals (GF) will decide the winner, if the two teams are still tied then a penalties-only match will decide who will advance.

Extra time is 4 minutes per half, two halves, with added time.

A foul will only happen if a player is ‘pushed’ or ‘flung’ with enough contact from the opponent to call for a foul.

Any match that has been disturbed by an effective action to the pitch (i.e exploiting), will be restarted with a rescheduled re-match.

RWCC owners can investigate whether a match should be a re-match or not due to an effective action on the match (e.g. exploiting, cheat engine.

A team has 15 minutes maximum to collect enough players to play a match or else it’s an automatic forfeit.

Any player 'btooling' a ball will be sentenced a yellow card then red next time.

A team can play with a handicap if allowed.

Neither teams showing will be an automatic 0-0 draw.

In penalties, you can use any tool to score with.

Players can stutter (stop) in their run-up to take a penalty, but cannot move backwards once the run-up has begun or pretend to kick the ball. If this happens the player must retake the penalty and is given a yellow card as a result.

If the ball has been "eaten", a face-off will occur from where the incident occurred.

You can only make up to 4 substitutions.

Substitutions can only be made during stoppages.

A goalkeeper using GK tools outside the box will result a free kick for the opposing team.

Back passes will result a free kick and a warning for the goalkeeper.

BEHAVIOR

Continual arguing to the referee can result a booking, if continued more then a red card will be shown.

If there is continual arguing between two players then the two players will receive a booking.

Racism is not tolerated in this league and can result up to a five-match suspension.

Admin abusing an official or individual is a bookable offence. e.g.

Offending someone's heritage is a bookable offence. e.g
"YM MADE A MISTAKE WHEN SHE HAD YOU LOL"

Hacking and exploiting can result an auto-ban from the tournament.

Any player using cheat engine will result a five-match ban.

Harassing the referee is a bookable offence. e.g.
"WOW REF TAHT WAS A CORNER NOT A GOALKICK ARE U BLIND!"
"DUDE REF HE FOULED ME YOU BLIND REF"

Arrogance towards opposition player(s) will be a warning. e.g.
"OOOOOOO WE GONNA BEAT YOU 10-0 U NOOBS"

Threatening opposition player(s) or referee is a bookable offence.

Profanity is a bookable offence.

Spamming is a bookable offence.

Making a referee under-pressure and forced to do what you say, is a bookable offence. The referee is ALWAYS in charge of the game, not you.

Offensive language to individuals and officials, during the game can lead up to a two-match ban if that serious.

A player participating in the cup but not playing a match can still be warned, booked or suspended.

You are able to request a complaint to an official or owner in private. Complaints in public will not be tolerated.

A little of disobedience to the rules will be ignored but the next time it will be a warning or yellow.

TRANSFER RULES

A team is required a squad-sheet with 7 players minimum and 12 players maximum.

Transfer period begins at the end of group phase and ends at the start of knockout phase.

Trades will not be accepted until transfer window.

Each team in the knockout phase will be given 3 transfer tokens. This rule is similar to ZCL 2. Signing a free agent is FREE. Signing a player from a knockout phase team costs ONE TP. And signing a player from an eliminated team costs 2 TP. Releasing a player will earn you ONE TP back.

For the transfer to be official. You must do the following:

= Both captains and the player must agree to transfer.

= Both captains must PM Albert9077 or any other RWCC owner to make the transfer official.

If you meet this criteria, then you have made a successful and official transfer.

All transfers officially made will be reported on RWCC group wall.

Only the team CAPTAIN/TEAM OWNER/COACH can offer for a player.
