(You don't have to choose from my options) What is the name of your town? Is it in a jungle? Plains? Desert? Or a snowy place? And who is/are the leader(s)?

I didn't quite get that. Are you building a country or do you own a building in the country?

(Listen, I am so sorry for all of this confusion. My fault.)

This town is Zwergen-Stadt der Freiheit, in the cold and snowy northern lands. The leader is none other than I, Karl Salvenmoser.

We do have a custom of welcoming all who come into our town... The summer festival happens every time the warmer months come upon us... Other than that not really.

Alright. This isn't the kind of ISRP I'm used to, so, you know, brace yourself.
_______________________________________________________________________
You wake up in a large tent full of wooden chests and a lantern lit on a cabinet near you. You were sleeping at your desk! Your trusted adviser suddenly comes into your tent and reports the latest town activities. He talks about How your town is slowly progressing, working on moving to wooden houses. He does report that the farm's crops seem to be smaller and smaller each week. He says there might be a rogue stealing these needed crops. What do you do about these?
Reccomendations:
Speed up construction
Ask the farmers to build higher fences around their property
(your town is slowly beginning. I'm starting it where you've settled in basically a camp with about 10 housing tents, a goods store, and a carpenter.

(Is fine, I think you will do fine even if not used to this.)

I would like to suggest that farmers to be on the look out, and propose the idea of having farmers take shifts of watching the crops. We would like wooden homes, but food is vital to our town.

The farmers reluctantly agree to do this. over the next week, the crops seem to regain and be fine again. But the farmers are getting angry for lack of sleep. If they continue this, they might start a riot and possibly burn your wooden houses down. What do you do?
Recommended Choices:
Tell the farmers to keep watch over the night, but stay hidden. Then they might see who's doing it (After all, robberies are still occasionally popping up)
Send a group of men with swords out into the forest to look for the alleged bandit camp

The farmers could use some rest. I will send my very best bowmen and soldiers to search for the bandit camp and eliminate it, possibly bringing one back to question, but that's optional.

That night, you send a group of trained bowmen and swordsmen out into the forest. Sure enough, you stumble upon a bandit camp. It's abut night, and there are few guards out. What do you do?
Recommended Choices:
Wait for the guards to fall asleep
Don't go for a direct attack, send your bowmen to take out the guards and then attack the sleeping
Don't attack them at all

We shouldn't just directly charge in. The bowmen will pick off those guarding as silent as possible. Then we will attack the camp in a more direct fashion.

The guards are easily killed by the bowmen. The aim was perfect and the guards were hit in the head. Your swordsmen silently creep into the bandit camp and kill most of the residents. By the time you get to the bandit leader, he is already awake. He pleads for his life. What do you do?
Recommended choices:
Spare him but have him work for you
Demand he gives back the crops
Kill him and take his property

I will spare him, however he must return the crops and renounce his ways. If he does so he will also be permitted to return to our village as a resident.

The punishment will be as followed. He will be assisting in the construction of homes, doing the hardest jobs whilst doing it, for two weeks, tend the crops unassisted for a week, and he will be the last person to gain a wooden home. The citizens may also make suggestions, disregarding death of course, and have feedback to this new plan.

The citizens feel justice has been served on the bandit. They think he's been punished enough, but still treat him badly. Now, onto other matters. Several wooden homes have been built, disregarding the interior. There is an argument among the people who gets the first homes.

Hmm. Well, if we cannot decide ourselves, we will let fate decide this. We will play a game of chance. Such as picking wooden sticks to see who gets the first home, perhaps.

All the citizens gather at the center of the town for this. They gather up the names of the citizens on pieces of parchment and draw them. Several people were drawn, and those who weren't didn't take it too well. They got mad and stormed of with torches. On of the wooden houses burned down. The other citizens brought the leader of this group to you to decide his punishment.

First, he will have to rebuild this home with assistance until it is completed. After this he will tend the crops as well, and the leader of the thieves will be given a rest. He must also name those who assisted him. Feedback from citizens is welcomed.
