This is my script:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ local camera = workspace.CurrentCamera camera.CamSubject = script.Parent.Torso camera.CameraType = "Scriptable" cam.CoordinateFrame = CFrame.new(53.5, 17.49, 16.5) cam.Focus = script.Parent.Torso -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes I have made a script that adds this script into the player. Yes I want this to be like a 2d style camera that follows you, just tell me why it isnt working |

Troubleshooting Flowchart
1: Is it a localscript?
Yes (Go to 2) No (Make it a localscript.)
2. Is it in the backpack? Yes (Go to 3) No (Have it be in the backpack, not the player)
3. Is your coding correct? Yes (End Step) No (Below)
Try this:
player = game.Players.LocalPlayer -- Can be used if localscript char = player.Character local camera = workspace.CurrentCamera camera.CamSubject = char.Torso camera.CameraType = "Scriptable" cam.CoordinateFrame = CFrame.new(53.5, 17.49, 16.5) cam.Focus = char.Torso

| Well, I think you have to make the type scriptable before anything else can be done. |
