have it basically made for them 'cause photoshop makes it to easy
same thing with gimp, but gimp has so much buttons is confusing
paint.net is harder and they have forums |

paint.net is probably one of the simplest, yet most advanced paint editors there is...
i learned how to use it myself and i make some good quality stuff.

Paint.net shouldn't even be in this list, because it is a pixel editing tool. while gimp and photoshop are photo manipulation programs. |

| I'd consider people who 'shop skilled at image manipulation, but not graphic design. Usually solid graphic designers know how to use a large amount of programs. If you make logos in photoshop for example, you're probably an image manipulator toying with graphic design. You also deserve to go to prison for life. |
