| I need a pole with texture, but without the "X" mark. Is that possible? |

| Insert a cylinder mesh into a brick. It will remove the X mark and you can resize it anyway you want. |

| @Zero, no, free models often have viruses that spread in your game and make lag. Just insert a cylinder mesh. |

*facepalm*
All you have to do is change the surface type of a cylinder brick. So meshes or free models needed.

| You all are wrong. He wants a cylinder without the X and with texture. If you insert a cylinder mesh, you can't put any textures on it. |

Oh. I thought he was talking about the weld X's.
You can't remove the X without the mesh, so, with materials isn't really going to work out. |

| Or you can make the pole with the texture on the sides, but have a thin CylinderMesh part at the end to cover the X. That part won't have texture to it, but it can be the same colour as the pole. |

| Select a brick, then insert a cylinder mesh from the insert objects menu. |

| You're using a wheel/tire mesh. Kind of different than the cylinder mesh. But as everyone else is saying, use the cylinder mesh. |

If you're doing this for a wheel, they CylinderMesh doesn't remove the "X", but if you set the scale bigger than your original wheel, it will do. If you don't want non-walkable wheels, you could cover them with a decal of your cylinder's color.
I hope you find this post helpful. ^_^ |
