It states clearly in the ToS this is not allowed therefore any legal action would be dismissed. Anyways, who even has the basketBALLS to call the police on somebody over Roblox?

Not "over ROBLOX"
No, about internet fraud and scamming real money. A guy is in jail for 30+ years for internet fraud and scams. |

Real, I see what you are saying but there is no definite proof of doing so, and there was no valid description or details of a real product (if this was through a button). If it was done through donation page or wiring it is only looked at as a donation.

| They would be charged with fraud, but the person reporting would most likely be deleted because of USD deals, which are against the TOS |

| Yes, but none the less, fraud is fraud. You more than likely could receive charges for that, or be locked up depending on the amount. |

Again, no he wouldn't. It isn't fraud because it isn't legal in the first place. The ToS says it is not allowed, and it won't be called as fraud in the first place.

| You are totally wrong in your previous statement. ROBLOX does not choose what is legal and illegal. When somebody goes as far to scam real money, it doesn't matter over what site, it is illegal. Unless the person has proof saying otherwise, there is no other way to put it other than my previous statement, fraud is fraud, no matter how big. |

@real
This, but some charges would be lesser than others if it was minor. for places such as California, stealing over $400.00 would be a felony. under, just petty charges or a misdemeanor. |

| It doesent matter if your acc gets "terminated". You could make enough money from suing the person to get a bewtter acc+ alot left over. ITs illegal even though it states in ToS you are not allowed to do those deals but it is stll illegal. |

| Yeah, Keydo is basically saying what I was trying to make out. No matter what the ToS say, the law is the law, and fraud is against those laws. Even if the person went against the ToS, if the law is broken anywhere in between those, it is out of the sites hands. Fraud is fraud. You can't say it any other way. |

with 10$ you'd be let go.
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Note1 Not everybody is American, we do not all have the same laws. Note2, what I see from this is that if you scam 20 dollars, you are charged in front of a jury..
Is this not just a more specific way of saying what we have stated already? |
