It may be your computer, or it could be your internet provider.
You should turn off your internet, leave it off for 10 seconds, and turn it back on. |

I've turned my comp off , resetted my modem and even used my personal hotspot from my phone.
Its something to do with my computer , should I reset my computer to factory settings? |

| Internet is the culprit, I believe. You could try restarting your router by pressing the power button and leaving it off for 5-10 seconds. Then try. If not, unplug it, leave it off for 10 seconds. |
