| A single player exploration game that has its ambient complete black, so you can literally see nothing, and then has lights all over the map but locally (in camera) and a certain area of the map will only light up if you've been there. Not much for gameplay, but thats a base idea and I'm sure that if you were actually gonna try and make it a reality theres a lot you could do with it. |

Not a bad idea
Well here is my short and simple idea, a fighting/shooting game, as above everything is also dark, but the guns would have small flashlights attached to them, also a regular flashlight tool. The map should be big and tricky. |

8/10 to both ideas.
A huge dark map filled with different creatures and bosses. You would have to collect food and water, and make shelter. Maybe you could craft weapons, or gain better weapons with a level/xp system |

^ Reminds me of minecraft. You'd have to be a great scripter to pull that off nicely...
How about... We just use the god-dang lighting to make our places look better :| |

| Oh, just realized I put "have lights all over the map but locally (in camera)", ignore that. Originally I was thinking of it being multiplayer but then I changed to single player because or else you could just follow other people, etc. |

| A game where monsters attack you and your health slowly drains when not in light but in light monsters run away and your health goes up. |

@corbinthegeek90 This would be impossible, there is absolutely no way to tell if a player is in light. The ONLY way I can think of to do this would be to see if a player is touching a part that has a PointLight/SpotLight child, but that way is very messy because if the radius extends past the part then even if the player is in light, they wouldn't have their health go up. I rate this IDEA a 6/10 because it's a good idea, it's just not possible in Roblox at the moment. |

A game where you can fps, in a foggy area, and the map is changeable in the game mode is changeable to.

| @200 A simple invisible part extending only slightly beyond the light would make you be able to tell if the player is in light. |

| Yes, but can you imagine having to do this for every single light? It would be horribly repetitive, and I'm sure eventually they will come up with an event for it. I'm just saying that the current way you are able to do it is really inefficient, and it would be much easier to wait until more functionality is added to lights. |

Agreed but here is another idea. A stealth game where you must avoid being caught by other players. There are 2 teams Guards and Theifs. One of the guards is a mastermind who has can use cameras and AI bots to try to stop the theifs. All the other guards have flashlights and guns and must search for the theifs and kill them. The theifs must run around collecting small coins and bucks on the ground while checking in safes, lockboxes and vaults for more valueble things. The round ends when all guards and AI bots die, the theifs meet a quota and escape or every theif is dead. |
