So, seen a few threads about how some people see raiding as "boring", so thought I might as well give my input. Basicly the idea would be to emulate Nucular Dawn, but with more "clan stuffs" and an ability for more then one commander. For those of you who've never heard if Nuclear Dawn, it's an RTS/FPS mix, where one guy is a commander, and can place turrets, respawn gates, power generators, power lines, armories, etc, and give the other players, troops, suggestions on where to go/attack/defend in the form of "commands". If you really want to understand it, you probably would have to watch some videos on it. Troops can capture resource points for resources for the commander, etc, etc. Ideally, both teams start with very basic bases, and the "officers" (replacement for Nuclear Dawns commanders, however, there can be several of them, say, 1 for every 5 raiders), have to build up the base. If the troops dislike an officer, they can vote for a "mutiny" and kick them out of their position. Anyway That's my input. Probably full of spelling/grammar errors, wrote this in about 3 minutes on an ipad. |
