I honestly think your marks are more about how much you do your homework and assignments instead of your intelligence. |

| I'm not allowed to take a physical education class because of biological reasons... it's unfair. |

Dutch 7.3 (73%) Latin 6.5 (65%) -- I ruined this the second period of the year qq French 7.3 (73%) German 6.6 (66%) -- ruined it the first period qq English 8.9 (89%) History 6.4 (64%) -- ruined it the first period, everybody did xD! Geography 8.7 (87%) Maths 10.0 (100%) Physics 8.9 (89%) Science/Chemistry 9.0 (90%) Economics 7.7 (77%) Engineering/technical science/technics 7.0 (70%) Arts 7.0 (70%) Physical education G/8.0 (80%) Actualiteitentoets* 6.2 (62%)
*This is a test you get atleast 4 times in a year. At the end of this period you must be above 5.5 (55%) to pass, else you'll have to make a fifth one. If you're still <5.5 then you must make an assignment or you'll fail the year. The test is about news and recent happend events. |

"I don't get these percentages, but I got an A grade for both Science and Additional Science, B for Maths, B for English Language and C for English Literature"
Oh my gosh Calum. The percentages make more sense than the letters. Umm... 90% would be your average of your test marks and homework assignments, and it's 90/100. It's so simple. But what the Hell are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, etc. supposed to mean? |

| I agree with sinii on the homework part. Though I can usually complete my homework to a decent standard sometimes I will just choose not to because the homework set may be pointless or there may be something I choose to prioritise in learning over that so I will either just rush it or pull off some excuse. Most teachers don't actually know what you need to learn and the whole percentage system on a excel will decide on what they teach. They act as if they have to stereotype the whole class, as if there are 1000s of people in it, when at the end of the day there is only 20-30 and you can actually hear from the individual. |
