| They have 54. Just because they are a new formed team means nothing. They still have the same stadium, fans, manager, players, logo, so shutup. celtic suck, they lost 5-0 to Jvue ROFL |

They didn't go out of business lol. They're in the Scottish Second Division after winning the Scottish Third Division and getting promoted. They'll be back in the SPL in 3-4 years. |

Carloz, How can celtic suck, they lost 3-0 and 2-0 in two different matches
also Run, they did, you don't just get relegated 3 divisions...they went out of business
Forming a new company does mean something

Also I'll have an example.
Say you had a phone.
The phone broke.
You take out the SIM card and put it in a different phone.
Is it the same?
NO!
Case and point, THE RANGERS LTD HAVE 1 THIRD DIVISION TITLE |

| Carloz, Celtic managed to get to the last 16, that's an achievement in itself for a small club... |

"After obtaining the Scottish Football Association membership of the old company, Rangers (now trading as The Rangers Football Club Ltd) entered the Third Division (the fourth tier of the Scottish football league system) in time for the 2012–13 season."
"Chief Executive Charles Green has maintained "this is still Rangers", with the SPL chairman Neil Doncaster saying "it is an existing club, even though it's a new company"." |

Yonnd I know what bankruptcy is.
But this isn't bankruptcy, this is liquidation. Selling off every asset in the company and closing down the company.
It's just that Chuckles Green decided to form Sevco.
A newco which will buy Rangers's assets back.
Rangers Football Club PLC was officially dead.
Green bought the stadium, training grounds, every property the former PLC had.
Sevco later renamed itself to The Rangers Football Club LTD.
Money can't buy history, that stays with the original company... |

Charles Green has now resigned
The Rangers is once again a sinking ship
Losing a million pounds a month and still throwing money for new players...
So whatever happens
They will have to make a 2nd Newco |

They were bankrupt. They had to liquefy because they were bankrupt.
It's the same name set and history.
Looking at San Jose Earthquakes. The original owners moved the team to Houston. A few years later the Earthquakes under the same name sake and history were made, but under different ownership. |
