There are many users who have a computer who can't handle dynamic lightning, so why not add a option to disable it? ;)

Um...You know that it's not a forced thing. It's the creators choice to turn it on or off.

They haven't even fully released it so they might add this.

He may mean in other peoples' places. Like... lets say I played a game with a massive amount of bricks, combined with dynamic lighting.
My computer is one who likes to act like a prissy little princess, and can use all of the subjects in her kingdom (Load the bricks) just fine, but when it comes to getting them new clothes or luxury items (Brick materials, for example) she's suddenly got too much on her hands to run her kingdom (The game) properly.
The ability to turn it off for myself, in other peoples games, would be nice.

One of my computers has a 1.9 GHz processor. It handles dynamic lighting with no added lag.
If someone's computer cannot handle it, they are probably unable to play 3D games smoothly on their computer in the first place. |

You should have read the blog post. They've scaled dynamic lighting with hardware, so the ONLY people who shouldn't be able to run it would be people who couldn't even play Roblox before.

Exactly. There's literally no reason to have to disable dynamic lighting.

Guys, they don't mean in your own place.
They mean disable it as in if its in other users places and everywhere else so they can't see it.

You can turn it off in studio, which is not what this thread is for. This thread is for a scenario, such as running to play some game you do NOT own, and being lagged out with the addition of Dynamic Lighting due to having a prissy princess -Metaphorically speaking- computer and no-way to turn off the DL.
Again, I supported a way to turn it off in-game for myself and my own situation of having a computer that runs all the bricks you throw at it, until one of them has a material or something on it, in which case it decides to be lazy.
