Section 1 - Trainings *NEW* Section 2 - Raids Section 3 - High ranks Section 4 - Fun Trainings *NEW* ~~SECTION 1 [TRAININGS]~~
Trainings may only be held, at most, five times a day, at least 1 1/2 hours apart from each other. Try to hold them at different places. People don't want to go to the multi-center all the time. If you want a different place to hold it PM me and I'll give you a list to choose from. The training must include at least FOUR of the following: *Agility *Guns (can be FFA) *Swords (can be FFA) *Leadership skills *Raid simulation *Strict Training *Fun Training
~~SECTION 2 [RAIDS]~~
Raids MUST be held at least, every other day. This means, if a raid is held on Monday, another must be held by Wednesday.
Every raid must have a General+ present.
If there are raiders at our forts, there is no shout for reinforcements unless there's 5+ raiders at the fort. You may post on the wall to go, however do not spam. You can host a raid every day if you feel like its right and there are multiple LR's and HR's online. Hold a rally before every raid to make sure we have enough troops. If its not an enemie that is on the list don't bother defending and wasting our time.
~~SECTION 3 [HIGH RANK]~~
At most, there can only be 5 council At most, there can only be 15 generals At most, there can only be 20 marshals
Council+ is now only for the most active generals.
Every week there will be a check conducted on every general, which will be given a "test". The most active generals will receive council for a week. Every check will be conducted on Sundays.
TEST WILL GO AS FOLLOWING:
*You will receive three points for at least 5 actions in the audit log in that week *1 point for every shout the person does *2 points for every training the person holds *3 points for every raid the person holds
Generals must get at least 10 points every week, or will be demoted to colonel
TO GET GENERAL:
Have at least 100 points in one week, and be colonel Or, be promoted specifically by a Commander+ Or, be promoted through the marshal system
~~Fun Trainings [FUN TRAININGS]~~
I am introducing a new type of training. It's called a fun training. This is where troops can improve their skills while having a lot of fun and doing what they want. Most people know about these trainings but I just wanted to give a complete rundown on how they should work.
These are probably best held at the holo. You can do it in any official GL training facility but the holo has lots of different maps to choose from. So does the Multi-Center but you have to walk from place to place.
Fun trainings is a training, where basically, the troops pick what to do. Either by majority rules or just asking one person. You then go do whatever she/he says until the "end" or if there is a winner. These trainings are meant to be a training where troops can have a little bit of fun, but still while improving their skills.
I will keep on doing this with all of the trainings most likely. I will tell you whats new at the top.
If you are a GL high rank you better have read the whole thing. Any rank below Major does not need to read the whole thing, Just the parts they want to know about.
I will be updating this a lot as we go through our major reform. PLEASE PM me if you have any ideas, Concerns, or questions I'd be happy to help.

Read, but isn't 100 points in a week a bit extreme?
