[[[Contents]]]

[[3.0-Councilors]] [3.1-The role of a councilor] [3.2-Becoming a councilor]
------------------------------------- 1.0-People who own a clan ------------------------------------- 1.1-Joining your clan with the WN: The WN accept any clan whos leader possesses a fort in the clan's name. To join the WN, simply send an ally request to the WN, join the group and contact a councilor (preferably through XF). You should be accepted and from then on have full benefits that the WN offer.
1.2-Enlisting the WN's aid: This process is similar to the one for joining the WN. Simply contact a councilor (preferably through XF), stating the name of your clan and who you wish to go to war with. The councilor in question will proceed to contact the clan leader who you have requested war against. If they accept, the war is on. Events after this are explained in the war guide.
1.3-Ambassadors: Ambassadors are members of your clan who will use the WN wall to discuss war affairs with other clans. To have an ambassador, make sure they joined the WN, then contact a councilor and ask them to be made an ambassador. Simple.
------------------------------------- 2.0-Adjudicators ------------------------------------- 2.1-The role of an adjudicator: The adjudicators are pretty much the entire point of the WN. Their role is to be appointed to judge a war between clans. The adjudicator a clan is appointed receives all the war's victory screenshots and makes the final decision on who won a war.
2.2-Becoming an adjudicator: The standard route to becoming an adjudicator is to first become an ambassador for a clan. Once there, use the wall to display that you are worthy of being an unbiased judge. Another way is simply to be trusted be a councilor or the warlord himself. When becoming an adjudicator, be sure that you have enough time between this and any clans you are in. Inactivity isn't something that will be tolerated. War clan leaders can't be adjudicators. Sorry.
------------------------------------- 3.0-Councilors ------------------------------------- 3.1-The role of a councilor: Councilors are the ones that keep the system running when there are too many jobs for the Warlord to do. They accept alliance requests, handle war requests, look for new adjudicators, keep an eye out for corruption in the current adjudicators and, most importantly, kill puppies....constantly.
3.2-Becoming a councilor: With rare exception, the ONLY way of becoming a councilor is to be a veteran adjudicator. This is the ONLY way, UNDERSTOOD?! The only other way that anyone will EVER become a councilor, is during the first stages of development, while the rank is in need of filling. War clan leaders can't be councilors. Sorry.
