The following ideas come to mind when I thought about a cityscape fort for WIJ.
The place would be located around several tall skyscrapers in a WIJ megapolis, high in the sky. For reference check that one large city in Star Wars ep. 1-3 or Halo's New Alexandria but more Mass Effect-esque (more colorful). The buildings would be in close proximity of each other. Of course only a few levels of each building are accessable.
The WIJ controlled area of the map would be a WIJ city sec hq building. This would feature a hangar, a cargo area, the spawn, lots of hallways and open areas (lounges with large breakable windows) and a control room.
The WIJ building would be connected to other buildings via debris, holes in walls, and bridges, making it dynamic and less linear, giving players the option to flank or choose different paths.
In the middle of the map would be a large cargo transfer area with moving cargo containers and many different levels allowing for interesting gameplay (cargo boxes moving in front of target, cargo surfing, blocking paths you name it).
The raiders would start in a trade building of sorts with lots of open areas and holograms showing purchases. The trade center is connected to the cargo area through hallways.
Other important dynamics: -Glass breaking (why not) -Air vehicle availability for both sides (max vehicle cap per map) -Ability to halt or alter events on the map (ie. Cargo container halt, cut off routes, etc) -Dynamic background with moving transport vehicles and active cityscape - make it feel alive

Oh and as for the vehicle I'm thinking a 2-seated hover air vehicle much like a battlefield 3 apache.
No helicopter though since that's outdated

btw I think I can pull it off so that there's still minimal lag.
Dynamic lighting would really make this look better.
I suppose I could add a bow if I feel like it I kinda have to rebalance current wArc guns too.
