Hi, I'm welding a part with parts welded to it to a character's head, and it somehow stops the character from moving, as if it's anchored. The parts are all unanchored and none of them is welded to an anchored block in any way. Any help? |

They're not anchored, nor cancollide. The character can move after I move it using ROBLOX' movetool provided in studio. More help? |

Moving using the move Tool in studio when things are welded break the welds.
Part0 ALWAYS has to be the unanchored part. |

dig, how are you so sure about that. (not insulting/rudeness, just curious) because when i did this by cloning a brick to the plr, part0 was the torso part1 was the part |

I just removed all the welds, and all the welded parts except one (excluding vital character parts). It's floating in mid-air, without being welded to anything and without being anchored nor cancollide. dafuq? Is it a ROBLOX bug? |

Are you sure all the welds are gone?

| You're probably messing up the script.. I'll probably have a look tomorrow if you post the source. |

I just changed one line from Instance.new("Part") to (standard inserted part):Clone() and now it works. Must have been a ROBLOX bug. .. Thanks anyway. |

Hm, you're quite agressive, aren't you? You started off caps lock raging, and I only read the uppercase words. Can't blame me. You didn't explain it that well, either. |

Non-cancollide is not necessary and non-anchored.. I already said they weren't anchored. Therefore I took you as a moron and neglected the fact that you said 'copy from lighting', because I took it as a failure. I thought you were too dumb to know of 'Instance.new()' and changing properties. |

| It may have been because of the moving tool; the default settings for the mover actually weld the moved part to the brick you moved it onto. |
