| They are real human beings reading your emails, and templates are used to speed to process up, hence why you may receive a similar reply after emailing them on different occasions. Many people believe it's a bot, but it isn't. |

| I am curious though, the names attached to the emails.. Are those their actual names or are they just randomized? I didn't know so many people worked for ROBLOX. |

Still, this is no help. It's not costumer service is you keep sending the same thing over and over even after the costumer has asked for real assistance. Even apple has people actually listening and i'm sure they get much more traffic. The least they could do is actually answer what im asking.

@janthran, There are a number of different customer support staff, all on different shifts. There was a blog post about it somewhere. |

I guess they're more of people made to act like bots and send the same automated message. Guess it's how they're trained.

@jaminlloyd, I don't think much training goes into answering questions. The templates are used simply to speed to process up, as ROBLOX receive over 5000 emails a week. |

714 emails a day does not seem that tough for a company this big and with people working within normal work hours. A little personalization would make the costumer feel like they actually care. Thats all costumers want, a good product and to feel like they're important.

| There are certain words that give you an automatic reply, for example. If someone stole your place you couldn't say "Someone exploited and stole my place" rather "Please help me with the plagourism of my collection of bricks." It's all about the wording. |

Usmckabar we get those links all the time and it's never any help. We need real people who work there to answer us not users. The reason we email them in the first place is because none of those things ever really help. It's not that we're not looking it's that they don't really care.

@USMC Stop failing. If you actually knew something about the customer service, you'd know that those are the links that the customer serice crew sends to us everytime we have an issue. |
