NEA,
This is a guide to let you know what is expected of the trainees AND the trainers. I expect you to read this and at least attempt at thinking about them.
Trainees:
-When asked to do something, do it without question. No backtalking, no "but's" or "they're not...", that is not tolerated.
-There will be no killing others if they're: AFK, Unarmed, or standing in line. In other words, if you have a weapon and they don't then don't attack.
-If you have a question then you ask it WITHOUT using all caps and talking like a noob. N0n3 0f dis talk wil b3 p3rm1tt3d plz. You're educated and know how to talk so use it.
-If you do not get promoted then there will be complaining. Trainings aren't meant for promotions anyways, they're there to help you get better to make NEA better.
-No disobeying orders. If you fail to listen then, my policy at least, is an automatic kick. If you aren't there to listen or to get better than you have no purpose wasting everyone else's time and the trainers time.
Trainers:
-No using Admin for fun. I know I did it, you don't need to argue to me about this. I know my faults, end of discussion. It reduces the amount of focus from the other trainers and trainees.
-No random 'dance parties.' If you get the troops to be random for a second and then expect them to go back to being serious, think again. The minute you lose their focus is the minute you lost the training.
-Do not hesitate to kick those who don't listen. Again, if they aren't there to obey then they have no business there. It's only hurting themselves and they will see that when they don't get trained.
-Do not use promotions as bait. Do not dangle it in front of the trainees' faces and expect them to dance when you say so. Promotions mean nothing, you are there so you can learn to fight, end of story.
Uniform Situation: There are way to many variations of the uniform. When you hold a training, pick ONE uniform for EVERYONE to wear. There can't be any differences in them. If you expect to fight as a team then you need to at least be dressed the same. It's psychological, dress the same fight as one.
I told someone earlier that this answer lies in the past. What this means is that in the past armies wear the same exact thing in combat. This is to intimidate their enemies. If you look the same then you seem bigger, stronger, and more tightly connected.
Trainees, this is your only warning. Trainers, at least think about them. Trainings are meant to learn and grow, to stay focused, and to help better each other so we don't fail in a fight.

What about ranked variations? |

| If the trainers want to set a good example then they will follow the rules they enforce. That means wearing the same exact uniform as the rest of the group. |

| Dark... Senior's way of having the trainees have a disco and when the disco stopped and they got back in line worked well... The trainees were also very quiet after that and in focus. So was senior, the trainer. |

| Small, let me put it to you this way. If you don't follow this then you will be kicked from every training, understand? Good. |

| I agree with this method because Nea would learn more respect and they would think before they disobey. Also, the statement about the uniforms isn't a good idea because people have their creativity by choosing what uniform to wear, well at least it is Nea. |

| But they should wear the same instead of having 50 different uniforms. When training is over they can wear whatever they want, but when training and during raids they should look the same. It saves on confusion of who to shoot at and it intimidates our enemies. |

Lol, I was going through the audit logs and I was bored so I was typing in ex member's to see what their last actions were.
This was one of yours =o
I only stalk your forums at night. I train NEA in the day.
But I'm going to Boston til Wednesday, and since I can't train, I'll just have to stalk your forums in the day time too for a week. |
