Oh, ikr? I hate doing cardio. It's fun when I'm running outside, but in the gym it sucks. Nevertheless, doing a force workout atm. 2 months of only force (and cardio, yaa) It's amazing, I can deadlift so much more than I thought I could. lol |

Plus the bike hurts my buns after a while.
4min left on it then doing minor weights. I did large weights two days ago. |

I never use the bike when I train, though. Unless my nhl team is playing, then well, I have to watch it. lol So I normally use it at the start/end of my gym. I'd say how it's called, but I have no idea how to say it in english. lolsry. |

Go lift weights.
The more muscle mass you have the more fat you burn; less weight you have to carry around while doing cardio.
Plus it makes you look good.

Rodger I have a schedule. On some days I do cardio and weights. Some are just pure weights and some are just pure cardio.
Today is cardio and weights. |

You should normally do cardio a few hours before, or a few hours after you lift.
Doing them right after another increases your chances of hurting yourself.
