| There is no "beginner programming language." They all generally do the same thing the same way. |

| Lua is beginner, perhaps a little bit above the absolute "beginner" line. |

I'd say Python is the best - it forces you to do stuff correctly, and it's designed for that reason.
However, Lua's good because there's motivation - ROBLOX. :D |

| JS I would say is the most balanced language. It's simple to learn if you're inexperienced, has room for far further advancement once you do become more experienced, is similar to most every other language anyone else ever uses, and it's essential to use in web development. |

| C++ is the best to learn, Lua or Python is good to start with though. |

| I personally recomend Javascript then Lua because learning Javascript first will make Lua easier. |

Scratch can teach you the fundamentals without having to worry about syntax, so it's good to start with. Not very practical, though.
And again, there's that whole "no-syntax" thing. |

I, zins, started with JS, then I learned Py, then C++, then Lua.
Lua is for beginners, but is easier to learn if you've done at least some _basic_ coding before learning it. |

| I first really learnt to program with Lua a couple years ago. My younger self HAD used Scratch a bit, but I never really learnt the concepts behind it, which I did in Lua. After Lua I jumped to C and Java, but I would recommend Python to everybody because it is so good. |

I'd say that beginner programming language is one with the slowest progression of a learning curve.
0.5X^3
I'd say that this curve is like Lua's. It's simple in the beginning, and by the end, it's not that challenging. |

| Let's just get this out here, no typed language is simple in the beginning. Only with past programming experience is it easy. From the beginning, it is rather confusing for everyone. |

(@Above, kindof, but not really)
As far as it goes: Programming languages are usually faster They are compiled, not just "type-and-test" |
