I would use the 1st 2 or 3 rounds to fill for high potential players for either aging or weak positions on the team and use the last rounds for depth.

Well, not a first rounder.
Third possibly.
In this years draft, trading back is going to happen a lot. |

Take a lower valued player, but highly needed.
Can't afford the risk of letting something go if you can grab it, |

Most teams clear up enough space to be able to sign most of their drafted players, even if it's a high drafted player. |

..what?
If the player you don't want is there when you want him, trade down.
If the player you want is there and you know will be there, trade down.
If the player you want is there, and you know he won't be there by the time it comes back around, draft him. |

Drafts are tricky, and it's pretty hard to tell what some teams do sometimes, but for example, the Ravens traded back last year a few picks for a late draft pick because they knew their guy would be there when they got back on the clock.
Just have to take some risks. |

Mhm.
Which is why there are teams with smart GMs who pick well, (Newsome) And there are teams with GMs who just draft the best on the board and draft poorly. |

I'm kinda hoping Tavon Austin will fall to the Ravens but I seriously doubt it.
