Hello, everybody! BaseReview here. I've been inactive for a few months, but have the time to do some reviews every once and a while. For those of you who don't know, as BaseReview, I try to take an unbiased look at group bases. Sometimes it turns out well, sometimes it doesn't. But, we'll just have to see, now won't we?
Now without further a due, let's begin, shall we?
As always, I will be breaking down the bases, with the weapons, spawns, and advantages that both sides have (if any).
-WEAPONS- >Side note: I'm not yet old enough (as an account) to visit SMO, so of course this was all done on my main.
VAKTOVIANS /VAC/ TVE: If I'm not mistaken the weapons list for these 3 teams are:
-The STA-53.(Assault Rifle) -The M4 (Pistol.) -A grenade -A Medi-gun. -A sword
(Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but I think that's it. I have no accounts in any of the Vaktovian groups, so I wouldn't know.)
RAIDERS/PENDERS:
-The M82 (Assault rifle) -The M4 -A grenade. -A Medi-gun. -A sword.
WEAPONS (Continued.):
The first time I raided this base, I had no idea, but when you press the "[" key, it brings up a whole assortment of classes that you can choose from. From snipers, to shotguns. I found this pretty cool.
-ADVANTAGES-
Raiders: Stronger guns..? (Sorry, I know last time I did this base, the raiders had stronger starter assault rifles than the Vaktovians, but I'm not quite sure right now. If anyone could correct me, that would be awesome.)
Vaktovians/TVE/VAC/PENDERS: Spawns in front of the mountain, rather than behind it like the raiders, giving them a HUGE advantage. Since, of course, no matter how many times you shoot them down, the Vaktovians spawn fairly close to the raiders initial spawn, and the base. Really, that's the only advantage I see with the Vaktovian team. (Again, please correct me if I'm wrong.)
-REVIEW-
So, my time in the new SMO wasn't too pleasant. Mostly, because of the complete and utter spawn trap, but I do realize it's meant for large groups to raid, and not individuals, so, I won't complain. Other than that, though, I like the aesthetic appeal of the outside of the base. I never got in, and probably never will, but if I would make an informed guess, it would probably be that it stayed the same, like it did with every other update? But, that's just a guess, as I said.
I did find the "choose your class" system kind of cool. So, I think they did an OK job of the new(er) version of SMO. If only they could make the spawns just a bit more balanced, then I would really enjoy this base!
TL;DR version: The base is ok, with inbalanced spawns, but they have a cool weapon system, where if you press "[", then a select a class GUI comes up.
Anyways, that's my review! Love it? Hate it? Comment why!

Oh, and of course if there's issues with grammar, please point it out! I like these to be, almost perfect when it comes to that aspect.

| VAK spawns are pretty much broken, every time you kill them, they just spawn right beside the cave entrance, I don't think you've explained the over-importance of appropriate spawning. |

@Mega: I do realize the importance of spawns. This is a base, where if you don't outnumber them, then it's very, very difficult to win. I wouldn't say the spawns are completely "Broken", but they are unfair.

Sorry about this, but there was something I forgot to mention about the weapons.
Every time you get shot, your camera flinches up, so it makes it even more difficult to shoot back. I really hated that.. But, that's it for now.

I'm unsure if you added this or not, but the base near the climbable rocks are for only Raiders to spawn inside. Which in order to spawn in, you need 5 KOs. You can switch to either spawn back at the original spawn for raiders and back to the base at anytime. (but that's if you have 5 KOs.)
We only get one spawn point, which is in the same spot. VACs and Penders spawn around the mountains near the raiders spawn though. (not near enough to spawn trap) |

Possible two spawn points for raiders
Possible 1 spawn point for VAK
I honestly dont know where VAC spawn....
Also from the second raider base, a direct route into the base itself is there.

One thing I've really noticed though (or maybe I'm completely off), but have the shotguns been severely nerfed, or something? It seems like it. Or, maybe it's just that nobody is using it anymore.
