1. Pop in a Linux Live CD. 2. Format your entire harddisk. 3. Pop in a Windows 8 installation disk. 4. Install Windows 8. 5. Done! |

So then how did you plan on installing Windows 8? By it magically appearing on your OS?
Are you daft?

| Windows XP, Windows 8 and Windows Vista all suck. Just stick to Windows 7 and you'll be fine. |

@flaming
Ah, another bigot who attacks an OS without even trying it, despite it being a fact that Windows 8 is more powerful and more efficient than Windows XP. |

| Since KStonite just said that, I'll just throw it out there that my first PC was an HP desktop running Windows XP. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't the greatest. I've tried Windows 8 at my grandparents and after just 10 minutes of using it, it's clear it's a very bad OS. As for Vista, it sucks too, tried it at my friends. Windows 7 is what all the running PC's in my home are running, and it's a great OS. |

lol I notice how you provide absolutely no reasons to hate it, but it's still "clear" that's it's a "very bad OS" (without any further explanation).
You're one of those mainstream hipster fags who hate things for being different. Despite the new layout being much more efficient to get around, despite the OS being way smaller, meaning more hard drive and RAM space, and despite it running, booting, and powering down much faster, and despite all of its multi-platform integration, you just throw all of that out the window, because it's clear that it's a "very bad OS."

>" the interface is ugly confusing and unusable"
You mean, you saw someone using it on a YouTube video who touched it for like 10 seconds then you decided it was "ugly", "confusing", and "unsuable?"
If you claim you have actually used it, then you are simply an idiot with an IQ of a monkey. Because the interface is extremely easier to use, and much more efficient to get around with than Window 7's.
I mean, seriously, you must not be able to dress yourself in the morning. I cannot express how easy the interface is to use, and how much quicker you can get from point A to point B than on Windows 7.
Yet, you still find yourself unable to use it.
How do you even function in society? |

Opinions can be stupid, bro. If someone said "roads are too difficult to drive on because I can't keep in between the lines" would you take them seriously?
His "opinion" proves him to have the IQ of a monkey. |

I have actually used it and have the displeasure of running it on the home desktop
It is mediocre with a touchscreen but without it it's garbage
The icons are too big and I don't need most of them. Windows 7 has it but it's actually appropriate for the mouse and the icons are a good size. It's called the home screen.
The whole thing is way too florescent and I hate the integration with other Microsoft programs like Outlook that nobody uses. They couldn't even get Desktop Mode right. Instead of the original experience, we have a terrible frankenstein's monster of the original experience and metro. And they got rid of Aero.
It's not so much that it's bad I guess but more that there's absolutely nothing that makes it better than Windows 7.

| Although you made a valid point, and yes, some opinions are stupid, it's nothing to get mad about. If he was saying stuff like 'omg windows 8 sucks and everything beats it, it's a proven fact', then yes, that would be something to get mad about, since it's a false fact. But he didn't say that, he just told his personal opinion. The key word to prove it's a false fact and not an opinion is 'since it's proven fact'. |

Except you forget that I stated solid facts. Someone who is too stupid to know how to drive on a road has an IQ too low to function in society.

Which is idiotic and should not be taken seriously. Someone who is too stupid to know how to drive on a road has an IQ too low to function in society.

@KSonite
Lets ignore that you're relating people who dislike the UI of Windows 8 to people who are in the extreme spectrum of "autism".
> If you claim you have actually used it, then you are simply an idiot with an IQ of a monkey. > I mean, seriously, you must not be able to dress yourself in the morning.
These are facts? These are just insults. |
