| I just accidentally broke mine, which basically were worse than just about anything, so I figure it's a good excuse to get a good gaming headset. Anyone have any suggestions? |

| Tritton is only for Xbox though, unless you only want to use it for Xbox, don't get it. |

good news found a headset 20 dollars (30 if it weren't on sale), so i don't really expect a work of art but my other 25 dollar headset that i keep at my dad's house is pretty good and they're the same brand so i have a feeling that these'll be pretty good |

gaming headsets are terrible
they're a $20 pair of headphones with a $10 microphone duct taped on and sold for $80
go get a normal pair of headphones plus a mic. i recommend headphones from audio-technica, sony, or sennheiser
unless you're on the xbox, then you have no real choice but to with the terrible headsets

very similar to what i used. same mic, but the headphones are better than mine (i have ath-m30). the labtec mic sucks but it does the job well.

| Well, When I just started gaming I couldn't find something under 30 Dollars not unless it was an Xbox Brand mic. I just saved up some money and bought a basic Triton, which were pretty decent for $60. I used those for about a year and a half, by that time I had saved up for my Turtle Beach XP400's. I think, besides Astros, that the Turtle Beach XP400's is one of this the best gaming headsets out there. But they are clearly out of your price range. I would save up some money over a period of time and buy $60 Tritons. |

Don't get Triton, get Turtle Beach. There is a $23 Turtle Beach communicator at Walmart. And at GameStop there is a $30 Turtle Beach X1 amplified headset. I recommend a Turtle Beach because the threading of the plush ear piece lets your ears air out more. Triton has the leather kind. So like when you gaming with a Triton for like 2 hours, then your ears start getting warm and sweaty. But, with a Turtle Beach, It airs out, so your ears don't get sweaty and hot.
I recommend the Turtle Beach X12 it is $45. |

| Go to Kroger or Tom Thumb, IK it sounds bad, but there is GREAT gaming Headsets there for about $10.00 If not, ask your parents if you can go on Ebay, there is alot of great headphones, headsets, etc. there for cheap. I got a pair of Beats for $20.00 on Ebay. |

Logitech G35
Amazing sound (7.1 sound)
Microphone is great (people can't hear you clicking or typing)
I have had this for ages, and it hasn't had any problems.
