To be promoted you first must have experience in the field you would like to be promoted to. If you don't you will remain in training until you have 1 months experience in your field. Now to the real stuff:
Flight Attendant:
To be promoted to flight attendant you must have at least 15 days of experience with a different company, if you do not you will remain in training for 1 month or until I think you are experienced enough to not be in training. Also to schedule a training you must tell me the Time, Time Zone, Date of preferred training, and would like to be trained by MM/DD/YYYY; via PM to me. You must also know how to be respectful to people and have good citizenship-if you do not you will never be promoted.
Pilot:
To be promoted to Pilot you must know the basic functions of the Airplane and pass of the Verbal test (40.00% of grade) and Flight test (60.00% of grade, must pass off with an 80% with both of them combined). Also know what AVIATION, FLIGHT, AIRPLANE, PLANE, AIRCRAFT, and AIRCRAFT TYPE OF PLANE TESTING ON. That is it for pilot.
BoD:
This option not available-must earn it.
BoE/Executive:
This option is not available-must earn OVER TIME
Vice CEO:
Option not available permanently
This is the promotion guide if you have read this you have a good chance of passing off on your course. |
