Military Section ___________________________________________________________________________
1. Soldiers must act mature.
2. Soldiers must follow every order given.
3. URFC must be their primary or most active group.
4. Soldiers must be on at least twice a week, every week.
5. Soldiers must no basic formations.
6. Soldiers must at least own the standard uniform, which is all terrain.
7. Soldiers must be able to type decently.
8. Soldiers are not to speak while in uniform, unless permission is given
9. Do not fire at anyone unless they are confirmed hostile.
10. Do not do the police's job.
11. Non-qualified soldiers remain in the Militias until they can run for qualification and pass. ___________________________________________________________________________
Government Section ___________________________________________________________________________
1. Citizens ALWAYS have higher voice when put together.
2. Political parties may do a "political" takeover of the government.
3. Presidential powers may hand select the Congress members
4. Congress, and higher, select Head Congress members (3 max).
5. Head Congress count as two votes within voting in Congress meetings only, all others are one vote.
6. The logo, flag, uniforms are changed by public vote.
7. Technology is appointed by the Federal President of URFC.
8. Allied leaders are only allowed to call for military help and command allowed squads, nothing else is accepted.
9. Only URFC Citizens, and higher, can vote for stuff.
10. To become a citizen, just post often on the wall, or state you wish to be one. ___________________________________________________________________________

You made a grammatical error. "5. Soldiers must no basic formations." The correct word you are looking for is "know". A simple dust particle should know how to write militarist and governmental statute in a proper manner. |

I'm glad you found that error, we wish our documents to be 100% perfected in grammar! Yes, I do believe those dust particles should be able to do things right. I, however, don't see the militarism in this thread.
The definition I know of militarism, is the build-up of anything military. All I have here is just the restated requirements for the soldiers. |
