| How do you make it so that when your mouse enters a 3D object (Brick), it creates a BillboardGui on top of it's head? |

| In this case obj is the part that the player's mouse is hoovering over. |

if obj.Name == "Brick" then
Then make BillboardGui above it. Also you might want to think of way you'll remove GUI after you move the mouse away. |
