First of all- don't hate on me when I say I use a GUI Cframe tool. It's just easier for what I need to do, okay?
However, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to eliminate some of the ugly overlaps and seams I'm getting.
ex. - I Cframe a plate so it's just above the baseplate, but as I zoom out, the plate starts looking weird. Is there anything I can do to get rid of that and to make my edges look sharper?
Thanks. |

If you have 2 flat surfaces that are very close to each other they may 'flash' as your Graphics card tries to figure out which surface to render. Also if you have a mesh or decal in the part it may show up slightly different as it is rendered. Decals may disappear or show up above a surface as you zoom out. The easiest way is to make the 2 surfaces far enough apart that there isn't this issue. What do you mean by 'make my edges look sharper?' Brick edges are 90 degrees. |
