1. Tabs and their Positions Immigrant - New to France, awaiting citizenship. If you find you haven't been granted Low Class Citizenship, either see if you're in a group we frown upon, or contact the Ministry of the Interior for further help.
Prison/On Trial - Anyone who has committed a crime and is in prison, or is currently on trial in court.
Foreign Representative - Representatives from foreign states/countries.
Low Class Citizen - Official citizen of France, no official employment in a Corporation.
Employed Middle Class Citizen - A middle class citizen of France, you must be employed in a Corporation to be a middle class citizen.
High Class Citizen - A prestigious member of our community and republic, you don't have to be employed, but you have earned this citizenship rightfully.
Corporation Owner - Owner of any sponsored company, restaurant, apartment, corporation, anything that is sponsored in our cities by the Ministry of the Economy. Technology businesses are also Corporations, and are sponsored by the Economy Ministry, but don't have to be in the city physically.
Immigration Agent - Equal in status to, "Department Staff", but these agents have their own tab so they can work on citizenship services within France.
Department Staff - Anyone working under a Department/Agency in one of the Ministries.
Department Director - Director of one of the Departments/Agencies.
Constitutional Council of France - The judiciary council of France, composed of six senior judges who preside over all the courts of France.
National Assembly - The Lower House of the Parliament, composed of elected people.
Senate - The Upper House of the Parliament, composed of appointed people by the Prime Minister with advice from the President.
Cabinet - Composed of the Ministers of our four executive Ministries and the Chief Executive to the President.
Prime Minister - Has no judiciary or legislative power, he/she helps the President run the executive branch of the Republic. Elected by the people.
President - The highest official of France, serves as the Head of State, and the Supreme Commander in Chief of the French Armed Forces.
2. Branches of our Government Executive - Comprised of the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of State, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of the Economy, and the Executive Office of the President. The executive is charged with running the state with the laws presented to them by the Parliament.
Legislative - Comprised of the Parliament (National Assembly and the Senate), and the Congress. The Legislative branch creates and revises laws for the Republic. Note: Congress is a term for when the National Assembly and the Senate meet TOGETHER to revise the constitution).
Judiciary - The Judiciary branch is responsible for all coordination of the court systems in France. The Constitutional Council of France is comprised of six senior judges who carry this duty out.
3. EOP The Executive Office of the President (EOP) is a cabinet-level office ran by the Chief Executive to the President. The EOP is responsible for scheduling meetings with the President, and helping the President carry out his duties in Paris. The Chief Executive to the President is a cabinet-level officer.
4. Parliament The Parliament is composed of two legislative bodies, called the National Assembly and the Senate.
National Assembly - Comprised of 20 elected persons by the people over time in France. The National Assembly can draft bills, and then vote on them. If the bill is passed in the National Assembly, it must be passed through the Senate to become a law. However, if it is ignored, or turned down by the Senate, with a 2/3rds majority vote, the National Assembly can override the Senate and make it a law. In the event that the National Assembly dislikes a law passed by the Senate, with a 2/3rds majority vote, they can undo the law.
Senate - Comprised of 10 appointed persons by the Prime Minister with advice from the President. The Senate can draft bills, and then vote on them to be made official. In order for war to be approved and made official, it must go through the Senate.
Congress - A term we use for when both legislative bodies meet TOGETHER to discuss revisions to the constitution.
President of the National Assembly - One of the twenty persons in the Assembly who is chosen by the group to lead their sessions.
President of the Senate - One of the ten persons in the Senate who is chosen by the President to lead their sessions.
5. Impeachment Impeachable Officials - Senior Judges on the Constitutional Council, Ministers, and the Prime Minister. Impeachment Process - In the event that the Parliament wants to impeach an official, the National Assembly must have a 2/3rds majority vote for there it to advance onto the Senate. If it advances to the Senate, there must be a 8/10 approval for Impeachment. Note: Officials must be in their position for atleast one week before impeachment is allowed.
6. Assassination Policy Officials you can Assassinate: Constitutional Council Judges, National Assemblymen, Senators, Ministers, the Prime Minister, and the President. Assassinations must take place on France's soil, and must be done without the use of exploits, admin of any kind, glitching, etc. You must show video proof of the assassination, eye-witness is not enough. In the case that your assassination is valid, the person who was assassinated must go inactive completely from anything France-related for four full days before returning to active duty.
7. How to Run for the National Assembly or Prime Minister There are two political party groups; Left Wing Party: French Socialist Party (FSP) Right Wing Party: Union for a Popular Movement (UMP)
Join one, from there during an election season, you must first be elected within YOUR party to run nationally for either the National Assembly or to be Prime Minister. If you lose, you will be granted High Class Citizen for your efforts, assuming you showed sportsmanship and appropriate effort on and off the election field.
8. Our Armed Forces One of the MOST crucial elements to our Republic if the strength of our Armed Forces. The French Armed Forces (FAF) is considered an employment, and you will be granted Middle Class Citizenship. All Officers receive High Class Citizenship. We need a successful Armed Forces for our protection, and to help our allies! Please enlist today! NOTE: If you are in the Armed Forces, you cannot run for Parliament or Prime Minister, however, once you retire from the Armed Forces, you are free to run!
9. Jobs and How to Get Them One of the cool things about France, is that we want you to be able to go to our cities, and INTERACT with one another IN the buildings. Want to set up a restaurant? Contact the President! Want to set up any kind of Corporation to be built? Contact the President! Once built, we ask that YOU, the Corporation Owner, make the group for your corporation. Anyone working under you will become Employed!
10. Clearance Levels Clearance level 4 - Civilian clearance Clearance level 3 - Police and Military personnel clearance Clearance level 2 - Parliament clearance Clearance level 1- Department/Agency Director clearance Clearance level 1 -B- Cabinet clearance Clearance level 1 -A- Presidental Clearance
The Purpose: Clearance levels are used to authenticate certain intelligence that is passed around in France. The President can GIVE you a clearance level of his choice. We recommend if that is the case, you screenshot the President giving you the level, so you can get the intelligence you need. If you try to spy, break a clearance level, etc, you are subject to immediate arrest and you will be sent to trial. We are very serious with these, our administration has been in countries that don't protect intelligence.
