When I go on the ROBLOX seats, it doesn't position me so that I am facing the front surface like it used to? Why does it not do that anymore? (The seat is only 1 part, the seat, and it's CFramed, are one of those the problem?)
Thanks!

| Have you anchored it? If you have, then unanchor it, and place a weld on the bottom. |

| The seat being anchored/unanchored will change how the player sits on it? Weird. |

| Man that's kinda bad because I built a stadium using the WedgeParts, and I CFramed seats into it, so in order to fix it, I would have to redesign the entire stadium right? XD. |

Use a script in the command bar. I don't know the exact script but it is probably something like- game.Workspace.Seat.Anchored = 'False'
I don't know anything about scripting, this is only a guess. I imagine you would need to weld all seats first. There would be a command for that as well. |

@split
I can't do that because they are CFramed in a WedgePart... Unless I have the users sit down extremely slanted it will be impossible without changing the layout of the stadium.
@scac
That is very good scripting, that is correct code long as the seat's name is "Seat". You know more than nothing about scripting :D. |

You could group all the seats and wedges into a model and then insert Crazyman32's auto weld script into the model. It would weld all the CFramed parts, then unanchor them, then remove itself.

| If you're character is not sitting right on it, unanchor it, weld it and rotate it. |

| None of these will work guys play my game called "The Dome of Swordfighting" and you will see what the problem is :P. They are CFramed inside of Wedgeparts, half the bottom is sticking out, the other half is CFramed into the Wedge. |

A weld script will work fine with CFramed anchored parts if it unanchors them. Give Crazyman32's Auto weld a try with all the wedges, seats and weld script in one model.

| Ohh, I thought you meant the weld surface type the whole time XD MEGA DOH!!! Yeah that may work. Does Crazyman32's auto weld script automatically weld anything you use it on the way you built it? |

@ calebcraft, use the New Thread button at the top of this forum.
@ altacc, yes, if you group all the wedges and seats in a model, then add Autoweld to the model it will take all the parts in the model and weld them together when you press play. Just remember to save it this way, or just leave it all anchored with the weld script in it for your game. |

Thank you for helping! I was having the same problem.
I wonder why an anchored seat doesn't position you forward? |
