| So I logged onto my account the other day, I had monthly TBC, automatically recurring, but when I logged on it was gone, it said it had expired, so I asked everyone in the family if they had cancelled it, my brother (cardholder) didn't, my mom or my did didn't. Why did it cancel and didn't renew? Help! |

| Either you were at the end of an un-reccurring month, your parents paid on a debit card and there was no money left, or they actually did cancel it. |

| It was upgraded for 1 month, after 1 month is un-recurring? Because no way the card was overdrawn... |

| All I know is that the whole process is automated and I've never heard of Roblox "accidentally" cancelling someone's BC at the end of the month UNLESS they found the debit card was empty or it was suddenly cancelled. |

| Either way, you can send an email to info@roblox.com and describe your problem in detail. I know from personal experience that they are VERY quick with billing problems and usually respond in about 12 hours. (However this is POSSIBLY during business days only so you MAY not get a response till Monday.) |

| Thanks for your help, I've never honestly liked info@roblox mostly because half of its an automated response fit to keywords in the e-mail, but i'll give it another go, now that ROBLOX has taken away their hotline |

| I don't know why people get automated responses. I've NEVER got an automated reply back from them, and I've sent a lot of emails to them. Make sure it's as detailed as possible. |

| Hey thanks for your help, I actually found out that the card had to be cancelled so we could get a whole new card to use with whatever, that's why it stopped... :/ |

| Aha! This happened to me with my builders club once. I think it is just a glitch or something. I have mine for a month, and then it just stopped when it said it was automatically renewing or something like that. |
