[This may seem long, but most of it is skills, and it is stated in the skill section you should only look at the ones you are interested in! Give it a chance plz]

Perhaps you are familiar with this concept already? Yes, probably, considering where you live currently. Panem. The Hunger Games. Each year twenty-four tributes compete against each other, facing illness, death, unfortune, and much more, for glory. But it's not like they have a choice really. Each District, one through twelve, has to submit two tributes, one boy and another female. The arena usually is usually a forest or a beach, but there have been other years. One year is was an arctic wasteland, another one was a ruined city; so who can tell? Every single one is picked, and sent off into a train, to talk and prepare. Once they arrive with the twenty-four tributes, they are sent off into a training area to train for two and a half days. Then comes the ride, then comes the entering of the games. And that's where the fun starts, my friend. Every single one is put into the arena, and faces the cornucopia. The clock counts down from sixty, everyone rushes, but not everyone leaves the cornucopia, or the blood.bath. From then on out, it's blood, it's dead bodies, and it's skylight.

-Overview

Welcome to the 57th Hunger Games, may the odds be in your favor!

[This is sort of like Quil's Tyrant's Pawn, as if you do an action, I'll control the outcome of an attack [and stuff like that], and I'll control your location, but you can submit actions, and talk and all of that like normal. Just to get an idea, you can completely control the Reaping [i don't care], the train ride [except for your partner tribute [other player/me controlling it], and mentor], the cart ride [don't care], and the interview. The actual Games and Training is above all the Reaping and train ride and stuff.]

II-More indepth fo the Games

So, I'm going purely technical on you. The first thing to consider is the Reaping, or where you are picked. There is a town square in each district for this, with screens and such. The Reaping is for ages 12-18, who have a certain amount of slips in there. Ages twelve have one slip, ages thirteen have two, and so on until eighteen, which has seven. You can increase your chances of being picked, but getting Teressa. Teressa is a meager ration of grain and oil. The District Escort picks a tribute each year by [ladies first] tumbling a large glass looking bingo ball, and picking out a slip. One ball is for the girls, and the other is for the boys. You get a hour, once picked, to speak with your family within the capital building of the district [like a mayor's building].
Then we move onto the train ride. There is really nothing special about this, except you ride through, and chat with your mentor.

The next thing is the training area. Now I'll get more indepth in section III, but for about two and a half days, you get to pick which areas you get to train it. For simplicity, and to have a little bit of fairness, each area lasts a hour, and you get one 'skill point' towards that certain attribute. If you have read this, put in B in the other section. You have thirteen hours each day to put your hours in for certain areas. That means you have thirty-two hours to train. You can max a 'skill' out by spending ten hours training at it, so you can only have ten skill points to a certain area. You should spend time to survival skills, and not only in weapon skills. As stated, most die by lack of survival skills than the weapons itself.

Then is the 'cart ride', or where you dress up to attract sponsors, along with your cart. Your clothing is typically themed with the district of your choice. There really is nothing special about this, but it's expected each year.

Okay, yup, another sort of short section. This one is where you prepare speeches to effectively 'woo' the crowd over to your side, to sponsor you. You must do good in this section, especially if you are one of the district's which isn't a career district.

Finally, it's the games, and the prep before it. Your stylist [the person who clothes you in the cart ride and here] typically gives you clothes to help you survive in the arena. Every single person is given a jacket with their district number on it, and a shirt. The pants are usually dark-green or some kind of camouflage color. The shirt and jacket is the color representing the district [I.E: yellow for five, gray for twelve, green for eleven, etc], and everyone pretty much has boots. In the game, you are on a platform, and a minute ticks down, before you can reach the cornucopia, filled with goodies. After that, it's a bloodbath until there is one tribute standing. You can run anywhere to the arena, but it typically always ends with someone dying.

III-Training Areas/How it works

Alrighty, as said in the training area section, you have thirty-two hours to spend training. Training hours are spent attempting to pull together an alliance if you want, and training through. Put O in the Other Section. At the beginning of your post, you must title what you want to do the thirteen hours [first two days], or seven hours [the third day]. You can then post if you want to talk about certain people [the girl from D-3, for example], and what to say, and you can begin conversing.
For example, let's say you were wanting to spend three hours at the sword station, five at the trapping station, and five at the fire building station.
It would look like this: Sword- III, Trapping- V, Fire Building- V. There are certain levels you can achieve, but differ from each one, so it will be explained in this second part.

Training Areas

These are the areas you can practice at, and what you can do at each level. [Only read the ones you want to read.] Before I start, I mention skill points later on. I also mention skill levels. Each roman numeral [I.E. X, for example] is a skill level. So Sword-Fighting X would mean Level Ten Sword-Fighting. A skill point is something which you could 'redeem' for a skill level. Like at a place which sells food. You give the cashier a dollar, 'redeeming', he gives you a hamburger 'skill level'. And pretend that hamburger has ten levels of tasty. Ten dollars [or ten hours] would give you the tastiest hamburger. If you don't get this, feel free to message me or party me and ask me to explain this. Also, it may seem OP having a ten level sword fighter, but realize this. Survival skills are a must, and if you have ten in sword fighting, it is a bit risky to take ten hours in that, and then try and devise how to put the rest of your points into surviving the games.

[WEAPONS]

Sword-Fighting Station
Here is the place where you can sword fight against an instructor, gaining knowledge about it. V Districts

District One- It is a rich district, dealing in luxury items. It is not the most loyal to the government, but easily a second one. Poverty is unknown, and people actually volunteer for the Hunger Games here. This is a Career district, which means that you are pretty much auto-accepted into the Career Pack. District One probably has the most winners, but I cannot back that fact for sure. Color: White

District Two- District Two deals in Masonry, and is the most loyal to the government. Poverty is also unknown, and people also volunteer here. Put N in other if you have read this. Peacekeepers are readily available in D-2, as it's a capitol loving area. A whole lot of winners are in this district. Color: Dark Red

District Three- District Three mainly deals with electronics, and is not very loyal. Some people are semi-poor, but they all get to eat. Most things which need fixed electronic wise are sent here, and a lot of revenue is accumulated, sometimes. There have been some winners here, but not a whole lot. Most of the winners usually have won by electronics, but they have made sure to exit out that option this game. Color: Dark Yellow

District Four- District Four is fishing, and is extremely rich. It is sort of the district right in between uncontent and content with the government. Poverty is sort of rare, but can be found if you look hard enough. District Four also is a career district, and has a lot of winners. Most have won using their home weapon, a trident. Color: Blue

District Five- District Five is a district which is sort of rich, but also has it's poverty. It adds power to all the other districts, so it's pretty vital. District Five is one of the districts that few know about, other than it supplies power. Anything else, and I'm guessing really. Maybe there have been a good amount of winners, I dunno. Color: Bright Yellow
District Six- District Six deals with transportation, which means scooters, cars, trains, and all of that. It probably isn't a rich district, and probably didn't have many victors. I dunno. Color: Black

District Seven- District Seven is a good middle class district, which isn't rich, but isn't poor either. It deals with chopping lumber, which means it's good with hatchets and axes. It's a rather cool district, and probably has a lot of winners by this point, maybe the most out of all the non-career districts. Color: Brown

District Eight- District Eight is a rather poor district, as described in the book, poor, dark and dingy, especially during this war. But that was in the future. District Eight deals with textiles, or clothing basically. It's poor for sure, but above District Twelve. Nothing can trump District Twelve. There may be some winners, but I dunno to be honest.
Color: White with a gray line through it.

District Nine- District Nine deals with grain, which sort of varies from District Eleven. It is poor, and does not receive much attention, as long as they harvest the grain. There may be some winners, who knows? Color: Dark Brown

District Ten- District Ten deals with cattle, and is one of the richer districts in my mind. There are it's poor parts, but some parts are rich. There may have been a lot of winners here, but the book really didn't mention much about it. Color: Red

District Eleven- District Eleven deals with agriculture, and is not one of the rich districts, probably falls above eight, and below six in the richness scale. It is poor, and most of it's population lives in fear of the peace keepers. There have been some winners, but not a whole lot. Color: Green

District Twelve- District Twelve deals with coal, and is dirt poor, pardon the pun. There is basically nobody who isn't stuck knee deep in coal dust, someone who hasn't died in their family [like not their grandparents/aunts/uncles], the peacekeepers don't care, and the population is the lowest. There has been two winners, one is Haymitch Abernathy, and another one who may or may not be alive at this time. Color: Gray

VI The Games

The Hunger Games is largely just a big fat Roman Colosseum, with scenery and hidden cameras for all to watch. Sponsors can deliver you gifts from high above, and it will safely float down to you. There is a cornucopia filled with goodies, and the starting area is called the blood.bath, as most people die there. The remaining twelve-sixteen [usually] then run their separate ways, in about a five mile arena. There are no rules in the arena, besides the fact that you cannot jump off the plate before the time is up [a minute] or you'll blow up. Also you probably shouldn't diss the capitol, that usually doesn't end well. Anything else is allowed, in whatever arena this may be. The Gamemakers can usually release anything they want, from mutant wolves to floods, so you have to be on your toes. That's about it.

VII- Sponsoring

First, let's talk about being the receiver. The package can entail anything you may need, ranging from medicine to a weapon. The packages are usually as small as can be, and delivered during the night. However, you cannot expect much later on the game. What can be a full meal on day one, can be a packet of crackers on day five. Now let's talk about being a sponsor [although there are NPC sponsors, so this is not the only way to get a sponsor, if ya wondering]. If you have read this far put E. The sponsor starts off with 10,000$ dollars. That may seem to be a lot, but this stuff isn't cheap. The sponsor can ask to give player X an item, per say a sword on day four. I'd say that would be 3,000 dollars to deliver it. See what I mean, it's not cheap? But it can help in a pinch.

VIII- Rules

1. You cannot do an action like swing a sword at a guy and it kills him. You can say I swing a sword at the guy, and I [being me] decide what happens.
2. No romance, and for sure, there is only one winner. If you pull a night lock stunt, well, my friend, it's called death for you.
3. Follow what has been said.
4. Put E in other.
5. Whatever you put in other, must be sent to me in PM.
6. Same norm rules, cussing is allowed.
7. Don't die.
8. [Just a notice] I may release another hunger games if this one is popular and you guys want to play it again.
9. I would like five to seven people to begin, but more the merrier!
10. In [2]Other put whatever you want to say about your char which isn't already stated.
11. Read all before you PM me with the phrase.

Name- Jazz Xander
Age- 16
District- District 2
Description- Jazz has long black hair that reaches to the center of her back. Her icy blue eyes feel like they're staring through your soul. And, of course, she's trying. Her usual outfit in District 2 is a tight pair of grey jeans and a black V-neck tank-top, with no shoes. Jazz is 5'6 and weighs 124, atleast ten in muscle.
If you had to describe Jazz in a few words, you could say 'fierce' or 'tough'. She acts that way most of the time and takes the role of leader. Her hands are very gentle if she was caring for you,b ut could knock you out. Jazz has a nice side, but you'll see it when it comes out.
