Hello. If you are in a group called "Guards of Halmar" please continue reading, if you're not please leave and do not post anything. Your posts will be ignored.
This is a manual guide-rulebook to GoH members. You will learn here how to act in certain situations and how to be promoted in GoH, you will also learn what are your rank duty's.
I. Command and leading.
GoH members have bigger command power then people in the main group. Here is an example to keep this simple. There is a raid at any KoH related fort. Your rank in the main group is let's say Snowcloak, and there are several other snowcloaks defending the fort. As a member of GoH, you are incharge of the army, until any BloodIgnitor+ member of the main group arrives.
II. Duty of the guards.
In here i will explain what you can do and must do according to your rank.
Rookie- Congratulations, you are now a member of the guard, as a rookie you don't have any special duty's, but you can ask Elite guard+ to supervise you until you can be promoted to a higher rank.
Guard of Halmar- An experienced GoH member, no special duty's, can ask Elite guard+ to be supervised
Elite Guard of Halmar- An expert warrior in the ranks of GoH. Must supervise lower ranks if asked, commanding power in GoH olny raids.
Captain of Halmar- Requires Captains test, Commanding power in GoH olny raids, must supervise if asked, can host trainings.
Head of the Guard- Commanding power, able to host trainings, raids. Can be elected among the Captains of Halmar if the old head of the guard decides to quit.
III. Training rules, punishments
Rules: 1.Obey commanding officers. [LOW-MEDIUM Crime level] 2. No spamming on the group wall. [LOW crime level] 3. No using your rank for wrong doing. [MEDIUM]
Punishment:
1-3 low crimes - Punishment. 1-2 Medium crimes or more than 3 low crimes - Demotion in GoH 3-4 Medium crimes or 5-7 low crimes- Exile, possible demotion in the main group.
IV. Rank-up guide. To rank up simply obey the commanding officers and get their recommendations. After you rank up your recommendations reset to 0.
1 Recommendation - Congratulations, you an join the group.
1-3 Recommendations - You can rank up to Guard of Halmar.
3-8 Recommendations + leadership performance - You can rank up to Elite Guard.
5-10 Recommendations, + great leadership performance, skill in various weapons - You can now take the captains test.
This system may be updated. Created by: Ownerbeta, the Head of the Guard. |

| This might be a stupid question. But what do you mean by supervise. You can ask them to supervise you in what. It like for trainings or just asking them to watch you. So you can get a recommendation. |
