It was lower at one point?
Makes my trading extremely difficult since so many of my hats are ridiculously expensive and charging people 30% more robux than what I want to avoid the tax is just stupid |

| Tax is here with one simple reason, preventing inflation. |

| True. However, this is like one of those mad ROBLOXians that hates the 30% tariff. |

@123 No, it was 25
Then, my theory is Shed was running out of fried chicken so they needed to set more money aside to pay for it..thus, they raised the R$ tax.
Ah, Shed and his chicken. The one joke scenario you can use for any situation.

| No they dont. When there is no tax the money wont flow away, and there comes more and more of that money. This would get an economical crisis in ROBLOX, which will affect every tiny thing in ROBLOX |

| I could stand a 10% but trying to make a 195k deal and losing a small fortune in the process just isn't ok with me... |

| Don't really see inflation mattering much if nobody ever trades to begin with :I I'm already trying to be more reasonable than the derps that hide all their limited's away with 15 figure numbers only to lose a third of my trade. |

ROBLOX did state that they teach real life skills and such.

Think about it, if you have the skill of profiting you would calculate how much the tax would affect your profit. |

@Vlad Yeah, but I think we'd all know what 30% of a number is by the time we're adults. |

REAL purpose.
Teaching life skills to 8-12 yr olds....
Generally the only people that have the kind of money that will be affected by the 30% tax are gonna be prolly 14 and up and have learned enough life skills in school without having to be taught it by their pass time games. |

In the early days, I remember the tax being something like 5% When you sold something, it would be 1 currency taken away :U |
