Rules: 1. When coming to see a higher officer for clan business you must wear your uniform. 2. Do not disobey orders. 3. Do not demand promotions. 4. Do not attack any of our allied clans 5. Do not kill any members in Starfleet Command during clan business. 6. No advertising other clans on the wall. 7. Do not be rude to any members. 8. No Cheat Engines or hacking. 9. Higher rank must message either the second in command or first in command about if they promote someone. 10. Do not lie about you got promoted. 11. Do not say rude comments on the group wall. 12. Do not advertise your ship on the group wall. 13. No trading other clans our tech - unless approved by the 1st and 2nd in command. 14. Do not be a smart aleck to any of the higher ranked officers. 15. Do not threaten any members. 16. People must wear uniform for official functions. 17. Do not steal or take other people designs without permission. 18. Do not upload, purchase, or wear fake uniforms.
**All will get a warning first, except for rules: 3,4,5,8,10,and 18**
Freedoms and Rights Granted to Starfleet Members.
1. You have the right to refuse to give a higher ranked officer any model without limitation. This means that bboyrules can’t order you to give me that ship you just created. Bboyrules can ask, but can’t order. 2. You have a limited freedom of speech. This means that you can freely criticize Starfleet’s and its member’s actions. However, criticism is restricted to constructive. Flaming, trolling, inciting rebellion, spamming, etc will not be tolerated.
Yeah, pretty small section of rights. Emergency Alerts and Levels. These will be stated over the group shout. Green – All is well, minor or no threats. Yellow – Possible major threat to Starfleet. At this point, Starfleet related models should be closed; Starfleet related places should be friend-locked. Recruitment is closed here as well. Red – Definite major threat to Starfleet. At this point, Starfleet related places should be removed from your showcase. Any remaining bases should be guarded at all times. Blue – Special Condition, you will receive orders in the shout. More than one alert can be in place at once, but Red alert also has all of Yellow’s effects in addition to the ones listed. Promotion System: Starfleet Command will be reverting back to our old promotion points system with several additions. In Starfleet Command, we will use objects called "Promotion Points"
VALUES: 1.Creating a Starship: +1 - 5 depending on ship (rated by size, quality of building and scripting) 2.Creating new weapons tech: +1 - 5 depending on the tech 3.Creating new propulsion tech: +1 - 5 depending on tech 4.Creating new misc. tech: + 1 - 5 depending on tech 5.Helping an admiral: +2 6. Winning a battle: +3 - must be a battle against the clan we are at war with and approved 7.Inviting someone to join Starfleet: +1 - must PM bboyrules *Limit of 10 people per rank*
POINTS NEEDED TO RANK UP Ensign: 2 pp Lieutenant: 5 pp Lieutenant commander: 10 pp Commander: 25 pp First officer: 45 pp Captain: 90 pp Rear admiral: 100 pp

If you are an Cadet you will need 2 promotion points to be Ensign.
First officer and higher only may give promotion points, if you get some promotion points or hand out some let Bboyrules know BEFORE you hand them out.
