They should have a list of items to give to certain people. Example: If I get permanently banned or I quit, I will give: My biggerhead to [insert name here] My chef hat to [insert hat here]
and so on. |

Do not support. It's not like dying, where you can't help it, and you want to make sure your valuables are given to people you trust and love. You can help it, by not being a jerk and by following the rules. Why should extra rights be given to those who break the rules continuously? It makes literally no sense whatsoever. |

| If you quit, just sell the items/trade them to people. Don't they have a way to trade it for tix/robux now, or is that not implemented yet? |

@Black: They base their bans on the chatlog heavily. Know what that means? Someone just going about, playing the game... Suddenly: Loopkill exploit. Now, guess what? Everyone gets their undergarments in a twist, and someone shouts a name, throwing the blame to him. And then, everyone else hops on the bandwagon also saying it's the same guy. Shortly there-after: After only 1 situation like this, the guy who may or may not be innocent is permanently banned and has a character creation lock fastened on.

Sadly, that is the truth. However, then the suggestion should be "Maybe be easier on the bans? Here is why:" You don't fix a hole in a boat by just accepting it's there and set sail anyways. |

| This almost sounds like making a "will." The problem I have with that is: dying is inevitable; getting banned isn't. If a person is banned they have been suspended enough times to know what the rules are. Why should they be allowed to have a contingency plan for their items when they break the rules? |

My counter argument is: What if someone breaks in and just gives them all to himself? |

If a player is quitting then they can just give their stuff away anyway.
If a player is being banned, it means they've broken the rules enough times that we want them off of the website forever because they won't follow the rules. The rules of Roblox are not complicated and rather fair, we give you guys a lot of leeway. If someone gets banned then it's their own fault for losing their stuff permanently. |

What would be a better idea:
If a user is deciding to quit, they fill out a little form: They would select a hat Select a friend and click "Send hat" The friend would get a PM saying "Your friend Bobby has decided to give you a chef hat for free!" |

I support, though then they'd just make an alt and give it to them and it wouldnt be very much but a username change...
