Would there be any possible APIs coming out in the future regarding to dynamic lighting?
ie. What possible things could we do with dynamic lighting?
Also, ROBLOX, would local lighting come out in the near future? I want different levels of daytime and fog colors and intensity for different players.

@Zars; What does it involve? Would it be efficient and relatively fast / lag-free ? Since it's local lighting, I'm also hoping it would support different intensities and colours of the fog property?

I looked at what exactly he did, and managed to make something neat too. And it's pretty smooth, not laggy.
