-[•]-Introduction-[•]- Hello, I want to discuss a huge gap in FEAR. Training. Training had separated the HR's from the LR's because of the strictness the LR's complain about. I am not and Advisor or Director of anything, but I highly suggest we make a standard set of rules for training. It would need to include, the events included into a place, the overall rules for training, the consequences of people's behavior, and finally, a promotion system. I would like to make my own draft for a possible starting point or example. -[•]-Training Events-[•]- The events a training place MUST have: 1. Obbies, more than one. 2. SF and GT tourney arena. 3. Stacking 4. Color Game 5. Team Death match. [Sword and/or Guns] 6. A place for discipline and greeting place. [An area to have the members stand in line] These are he events you must have in order to use your training place. Holding an event at every place is optional. -[•]-HR Rules-[•]- The trainer MUST follow those rules. 1. You must have 1 or 2 helpers, no more, no less. 2. You must treat everyone the same. No favorites. 3. You have to be setting good examples, following every single rule there is at all times. Maturity is required. 4. Every ban must come with a reason stated only if they ask you why they were banned. Must be a legit reason. 5. Try to add something fun to your training. So they would always be glad to come back -[•]-Training Rules-[•]- Everyone even the hosts, must follow these rules in a training. 1. You will enter he server quiet until told to talk. 2. You will line up until told to move. 3. You won't ever back talk the host. 4. If you catch a HR act unfairly or disobeying any rule, PM him warning him, and another HR. 5. If you are banned, there will be no complaining anywhere. You may ask a HR what you did in a PM if you honestly don't know what you did. 6. You Will be respectful and try to learn from the training. 7. You have to hAve to participate in everything and try to have fun. If anybody breaks one of these rules, it will first be a warning, then a kick or ban, depending on the action. If it gets way out of hand, they will be demoted after the Host either demotes them, or PMs valid proof to someone who can. -[•]-Promotion System-[•]- Every HR has their own way of promotions, but here is a standard way to do it if they don't have one. Any rank below Sergeant will need only 3 points to get a promotion, Sergeant-Captain must get 5 points. Now let me explain the points. Each event will hold a certain amount of points. Once someone gets their amount of points, they will get promoted. Here is he list. Completing hardest obby= 1 point. Winning Colors= 1 point. Stacking= 0 points. [Must participate] SF winner= 2 points GF winner= 2 points Anything other event= 1 point. Best performance= 5 points. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ -[•]-Conclusion-[•]- This is a possible go to for a standard set of res for training. Please take this in mind HR's as this is a very well needed thing. |

Some I agree with. However, disapproved by me. A training host may choose not to have co-hosts. |

| Support. @Loyal, without a co-host, your training will be un-supervised, thus meaning you may AA etc, and no one will have the power to stop you. |

Blade, I disapprove. Cat does, too. Unless Fireflame approves or the other two Field Marshals, it is not going to start. |
