Here you will find everything you need to know about Frost Brigade, usually referred to as the Brigade.
Table of Contents:
I. Ranks II. Promotions and Demotions III. Rules for low ranks IV. Rules for higher ranks V. Wars and alliances VI. The Oath of the Brigade
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
I. Ranks
The Brigade is open for all to join, but only the best will advance.
MILITIA: The rank you receive once you first join. Cannot post on the wall and are not yet considered a Brigadier.
TIER I: The first Tier of the academy, which has three Tiers. Has proven himself or herself to be a worthy Brigadier.
TIER II: Has been noticed by a high rank at a training or other group event for having exceptional fighting skill.
TIER III: Has been noticed by a high rank for showing leadership skills, maturity, and the qualities of an ideal Brigadier.
THE BRIGADES: There are three Brigades who each have their own rank, Alpha Brigade, Beta Brigade, and Gamma Brigade. All are completely equal but work alone, sometimes at a place specifically for their Brigade. These are for the graduates of the Tiers, and graduates will be sorted into a Brigade by a decision from myself and the Marshalls, based on specialties and weaknesses to achieve equilibrium between all Brigades.
BRIGADE ADMINISTRATIONS: Could be only one or two people, these are Brigadiers who have served their Brigade and now lead it. They are highly trusted by myself, and report to me frequently.
BRIGADE MARSHALLS: The most trusted, skilled, and respected soldiers in the whole Brigade. They are all considered to be Second in Command, and help me run the group. They host training for the Tiers and they are the ones you want to impress if you want to get promoted.

II. Promotions and Demotions
Specific instructions for reaching each rank were described above, but as a general rule you should always act mature, post on the wall frequently, be active, use grammar, and attend training and raids often to get a promotion.
If you are demoted you must have heavily broken a rule, since a warning will most likely be given the first few times.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
IV. Rules for Lower Rank
-You must be SILENT when on duty. Explanation: At a training, you will not speak unless you are responding to an order, and you will do such by saying Yes, Sir. or Yes, Ma'am. You may also speak when directly asked a question by a high rank. At a raid or defense you will not speak nor flame the enemy. You may teamchat all you want, and this is done by putting %% in front of everything you say. You will be warned if you do not teamchat. When off duty, i.e. hanging out with fellow Brigadiers, not defending or at training you may speak all you want, but you must use correct grammar.
-You must have flawless grammar. If you do not have it, you're not getting passed Militia.
-You must be mature. If you're not able to distinguish mature from immature you're in the wrong group.
-You do not complain or protest. What the high rank says, goes.
-You do not flame any enemy, unless they are flaming to a point that is unacceptable, in the case that happens you let a high rank know.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
V. Rules for High Ranks
-For the Brigades and Marshalls, be active, you worked for your rank so help the group now.
-Host training and raids on a frequent basis.
-Promote only those who deserve it.
-Use shout tags such as [Raid].
-Set a good example. Always use grammar and be mature.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
VI. Wars and Alliances
We accept most alliances and will help you out, just message me.
For wars, our policy is that it must be declared, out of the blue raids and then claiming victories will be ignored unless you have previously declared war.
Usually wars will last for 2 weeks, with raids and then end on a final battle. This is negotiable.
When raiding our fort you must follow OUR rules. No saying "Well our official war terms say..." When we are at yours we follow yours. You cannot claim auto-wins, or you will be kicked, visitor and ally raiders will be kicked, and just use your common sense.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
VII. Oath of the Brigade
This, or simply "I am sworn under the Oath of the Brigade" must be posted on all Brigadiers above the rank of Militia's profiles.
I devote myself fully to the Brigade. I shall support it in all its endeavors, from times of prosperity to times of sadness. I shall serve our leader applepie103 to the best of my ability. I shall do my best to bring pride to Frost Brigade.

*past Mass contradiction.
No saying "Well our official war terms say..." When we are at yours we follow yours.
Many mistakes here. This is what it should look like:
No saying, "Well, our official war terms say...", when we are at yours, we follow yours.
I'm a grammar Naz.i. Deal with it. |

Forgot to lock replies.
For such a long document it's easy to make simple mistakes like forgetting a comma or writing "passed" instead of "past." |

| @ladymoo after an ellipsis (...), you don't put a comma. So you're wrong. |
